This is the second day in a row that I go and they get my order wrong.

This Dunkin' Donuts is one of the worst I've been to. Today(1/12/25), I wanted to order a mango-banana smoothie hoping they would have all the ingredients, but of course they didn't have banana. So, I decided to get a cup of vanilla ice cream. At first, it was good, and had no complaints. But, at the bottom my ice cream was mixed with a whole different kind of flavor which I didn't like. Therefore— I couldn't eat the rest of the ice cream as I wanted to. It feels as if everything is wrong, but the donuts. Honestly, this Dunkin' Donuts needs to get it together, or if they keep up with this nonsense there's not gonna be a lot of customers.

Every time I visit there I get good service from the young black Jamaican guy if he isn’t there it’s horrible service everybody walking around talking no one ask can they help you I just walk out after standing there for 5 to 10 minutes

This Dunkin Donuts on 47th and 183rd is the worst. When it comes to customer service, they have none; and after ordering they make you wait for a long time at the window without at least acknowledging that you are there.. no, "hi, give us a minute" nor, "we're sorry it's taking a bit long" nothing. They look at you but nothing. The manager and staff need to be replaced Asap. I left before they took my money. Guys save yourself the trouble and don't go.
This location seems to always run out of basic ice cream flavors all the time,and the sherbet which is my favorite,I don’t know what’s the deal with their stock
