Every morning is a hassle at this spot. 30 mins almost every morning just to get coffee. Its not even that busy. Been going to Dunkin for years. Definitely the worst experience. The customer sevice is not all bad. Definitely need a better way of operating though. I waited 20 minutes for a bagel. Just for them to tell me that there were no more bagels

I’ve been going to this Dunkin' for a while, but it’s been getting worse. The items are almost never in stock, and when you place a mobile order, you don’t get notified if something is unavailable. The real kicker? They claim not to know how to process refunds, which is incredibly frustrating. Lately, there have been new associates working, and honestly, they make the worst lattes. On top of that, the drive-thru lines are ridiculously slow. I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes with just a couple of cars ahead of me. I’d suggest avoiding this location. There are other Dunkin' stores nearby that are much busier but always have the items I want, and the service is way quicker and more efficient.

Most of my food was raw. I would go back and ask for them to cook it more but there were like 20+ people in there and most of those people were waiting 30 minutes of really bad food. My bagel was so stale, bacon raw, and hash browns half cooked. Only 3 people working for a huge Dunkin.

This Dunkin was never like this… extremely shitty and lazy service as of lately and I’ve lived in the area for a long time. I ordered a large latte and when I opened the lid about a quarter of it was missing… I should’ve just ordered a medium cause that’s what I received instead of the large I ordered and paid for. Unacceptable tbh DO BETTER!

This Dunkin' Donuts is one of the worst I've been to. Today(1/12/25), I wanted to order a mango-banana smoothie hoping they would have all the ingredients, but of course they didn't have banana. So, I decided to get a cup of vanilla ice cream. At first, it was good, and had no complaints. But, at the bottom my ice cream was mixed with a whole different kind of flavor which I didn't like. Therefore— I couldn't eat the rest of the ice cream as I wanted to. It feels as if everything is wrong, but the donuts. Honestly, this Dunkin' Donuts needs to get it together, or if they keep up with this nonsense there's not gonna be a lot of customers.
I love this location the crew meme era are the best….. But is there a number that work for you guys I’m always trying to call this store and they have no number listed that works
