These people are rude and disrespectful. The sign said they close at 11:00pm, I got there before 10:30pm and the guy said they were close. I went through an open door, they refused to serve me and escorted me out like a criminal, they served the Hispanic guy that came after me though.

My apple pie was so dry. The apples were dry, and the crust was hard. It must have been sitting all day. The rest of my food was good. The girl at the drive thru window was not friendly at all.

Waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes. Cars kept getting out of the line and leaving. They were taking 1 order every like 10 minutes. And when it was our turn, they took the order on the other speaker - again! I thought someone was probably alone doing everything and tried being gracious. So we drove up to the window and the cars that ordered like 30 minutes ago are there waiting for their food. And there were multiple employees in the restaurant. So, not sure what’s going on but this restaurant lacks management big time, and timeliness of course.

Everyone BUT Carlos got our order wrong. The bread was hard, we missed fries and our drink, there was only one guy working that got all the backlash that still continued to work harder than everyone with a smile on his face. He made sure everyone got what they needed everywhere when the girl who was only in charge of the fries was on her phone and everyone did nothing. This guy should get a promotion or something

Someone has to do something about the bunch of teenagers every single morning in that location. Workers look scared, facility closes the bathroom even to regular costumers. The whole place smell like marihuana. Police is always around but i guess they cant do anything. Location is not for business but for these people to hang out there. JUST CLOSE DOWN FACILITY IS WORTHLESS.

They lost a customer for life, for wanting to charge me for 1 sauce after spending 11$ on a meal. Goodbye. I’ll go Down the street to the other McDonald’s that gives me 2 for free! Sad.

If I can give 0 star I will horrible service and atmosphere I buy 2 mc chicken combo for 5 on the app and I have some points to get a free McChicken the lady on the speaker when I told her I want 2 Mac chicken combos and I have a mobile order with a free mc chicken she star laughing at me when I get in the window she did the same thing when I get to the second window other lady give me two bags one with the two combos and a small bag with the free mc chicken behind the small bag felt on the floor because I didn't see it it was behind the big bag she was like mad and even saying anything just looking at me like hurry up horrible!! 👎👎👎👎👎
