I visited there on Saturday 26, and the food was horrible, don't know what happened to nat's, but their food is not worth the money anymore, I definitely won't be going back there anymore ??

This place has went down tremendously. I can remember when Ms Nat was alive, the food was everything including the portion. Now that her grandson Eric runs it, he is terrible. He want them girls on the line to serve small portions and scrap the Mac from the pan when it's only a corner left. His customer service use to be alright, but it has now gotten worse. The turkey wings be a hit or miss a lot of the times. Sometimes they dry, and other times they are juicy. If you have a restaurant that stays open for 8 hrs, you should at least .ake sure it's a enough food. A lot of these comments are true when now talking about customer service. And the food. Every year I was getting my Thanksgiving dinner from them until they start hitting and missing. My job for over 7 years use to order plated all the time and majority of them in my department at the county is white, for the pass 2 yrs nobody wants to eat from Nats nomore. U can tell the food ain't that good that more or should I say a hit & miss because we barely see the EGUANAS out there like before... I'm going to go tomorrow to get my TURKEY WING. WE WILL SEE ? AND I PROMISE IF TOMORROW IS NOT A HIT... ITS A WRAP FOR ME, I LIVE TO FAR TO TRAVEL FOR SOME BULL CRAP FOOD.

I've been going to Nat's for a while and will keep going. The food is good and they give you large portions which makes it worth the money.

The customer service is Despicable . The food use to be on point . No longer the point at all !You order pay in one line. Expecting to receive your order only to be told they don’t have what you ordered. Will not waste my time . Will not waste my time standing in Nat’s prison line. When you leave you are completely drained. People please continue to cook for your families and teach the children your family recipes .My grandmother always said hungry makes dog it raw corn!!

Don't waste your time like I did. Not worth driving here, only to be told they ran out of the very same thing I called in for. Yet tells me she can't take a call in just for side orders. Not worth it, trust me. Poor customer service.

First time going to Nat’s, and that’s crazy because I lived in Opa Locka for many years and just never went. Definitely will be back. Food was AMAZING, especially the dressing which as you can see, I ordered alot of that. The turkey wings were delicious and the dinner comes with three sides. Portions were great. Definitely will be back soon.

The food was salty, and chicken was dry. Used to be good before the pandemic. Expect to wait an hour or more in line. Food is already cooked, so I don't know what takes the line long. Had 5 people in front of me. But even if you see two people, expect a long wait! But since the food is not good anymore, I will say stay away!!!!

It's that old hag that's at the cash register that makes the hold Nats experience so BAD... but the food & portions are amazing
