It's hit or miss.. Most of time miss especially with delivery..I stay not even a mile a way and my food be almost cold. Sometimes the pizza is made good but most time poorly. Service is quick though.

Horrible experience. I ordered online for pickup and paid. Pick up was for 5:30pm. I got there at 5:40 and my order was not ready. No apologies for their unprofessionalism. I asked for a refund. Will never return to that place.

Worst papa johns in MIAMI!!!! They need to fire everyone in this store or close this store down because it is clear that not even upper management cares about their customers. I've made several complaints to the customer service/corporate office and no follow up. It's no surprise that their staff is terrible. If their upper management doesn't care, how can their unprofessional and rude staff care. CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN!!

I ordered the heart shaped pizza for Valentines and the pizza was no where near heart shaped! Super disappointed.

I place my order and they bring the pizza totally messed up and when I contact the delivery guy tell me that I was talking to the manager and that they will make me a new one but that never happened.
