Worst papa johns in MIAMI!!!! They need to fire everyone in this store or close this store down because it is clear that not even upper management cares about their customers. I've made several complaints to the customer service/corporate office and no follow up. It's no surprise that their staff is terrible. If their upper management doesn't care, how can their unprofessional and rude staff care. CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN!!

One of a Kind “Naturalistic Flow”
They suck always getting my order wrong. Forget my food. Don’t know how to be professional. Unorganized. I never want to order from them again. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
I place my order and they bring the pizza totally messed up and when I contact the delivery guy tell me that I was talking to the manager and that they will make me a new one but that never happened.

I ordered online at 3:23pm they delivered the pizza at 4:58pm, more than an 1 1/2 hour later, there is no way to contact the store directly, they pick up and put you on hold and never pick up the phone again. This is the first and last time I order from there.

I ordered a pizza for me and my dad. The pizza was cold and not made the way I ordered it. I called the store, and the girl told me the manager said they could remake it and get it to me in a couple of hours. Dad isn't well and has to eat before taking his meds. I spent the last $25.00 I had for the food. I couldn't call and get anything else to eat, and dad had to be taken to the hospital because he couldn't eat and take his meds. I ordered the pizza around 7:40, and it's 11:32, and still no pizza, and I'm only 1 mile from Papa Johns. I drive 18-wheelers, so I can't just drive anywhere cars can.
