FIVE STARS!!!! This is my first time visiting this location and won’t be the last. Pizza was Hot, Ready and on time. This location is clean and very well organized. The Manager Raphael is nice, professional and is great at what he do! The pizza was great!!

The service is a little poor. The first day I went there was a boy, I think a messenger from the place, I was talking to him and he didn't even pay attention to me; it seemed like he was very busy talking on the phone.

I don’t know if it’s under new management or what, the pizza doesn’t taste good at all. The crust was under cooked and I wanted half pepperoni and half cheese only three slices was cheese. I’m sick of

Says pizza was delivered but never received. Called store they said couldn't deliver because of flooding, no flooding here. Driver said he called, no call. Asked for manager and asked him what was going on. He said the flooding was at different call and that my pizza is on it's way. Why did it say delivered online? It's been 2 hours still waiting for pizza! Thanks Papa John.Pizza got here. Worst I've ever had . Waste of money. Never again.

They mess up orders and always have nasty attitudes. Can't get in touch with them over the phone. I've been cursed out in the past by a "manager" and told I wanted free food. They delivered incorrect pizza and I had to go to the location to get the correct order and I asked to be refunded my delivery fee due to not actually getting what I ordered delivered. I recorded the interaction with the "manager" he called me a b**** I called corporate and while I believe he was fired. I wasn't offered an apology and the video was never asked for. The store has been on a downward spiral since the old manager left to go to the 54th street location. The wait times are ridiculous even when they're not busy I feel like they play around so they are slow to produce pizzas increasing the wait time. It is a bunch of young ppl working there. They don't care
