First time at this location. I was worried because my baby fell asleep in the car. Ms Collette saw my distress told me to stay in my car asked my name and got my card and brought me my order so professional such compassion and empathy. Ya keep her she is a diamond and thank you Ms Collette for helping this stress out grandma.

Too much sauce on the pizza and the chocolate chip brownie the top was flaky and when i cut it the bottom of the brownie would stay on the aluminum tray and break apart

I ordered a pizza at 7:00pm they called from the store at 7:20 to tell me that they didn’t have the topping I wanted I was understanding and changed the topping I’m expecting my order to be delivered contactless delivery how they claim on the app I was in the backyard working on a project when I noticed some missed calls the delivery person said that she took the pizza because I didn’t answer my phone I called the store again they said she should be back in 5 minutes 30 minutes later she showed up with a cold pizza and a wrong item on the order I tried calling the store back had to wait on hold for nearly 27 minutes to even speak to someone when I did. They put me on hold again to find out why I got the wrong item that took her another 20 minutes they finally gave me a refund that’s going to take 5 days to get back to my card this is the worst Pizza Hut in existence if u have the choice go to a different store this place isn’t worth the headache

Honestly I rather not even give any stars if I had the option.I placed an order through DoorDash for a meat lover pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi, I received a Hawaiian pizza and just my luck ofcourse I’m allergic to pineapples. Me and my husband called up the store and they put us with the manager Xavier which his title should not even be to manage because he is just awful. We explained the problem and he stated the only thing he could do is offer 20% to my next order. He was not able to send out a driver to my location because it was not within the distance of the store. I Will make sure this will get reported to Pizza Hut Corporate and this store will get shut down. Now we have to spend money elsewhere and I did not even get a refund from Pizza Hut. He said there was nothing else for him to do for us. Very quick to clean his hands. This is why our society is all messed up. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT order from this store.

But in order to live a fulfilling life you have to discover new and exciting things, or hold on tightly to what you already know and love.
