I wanted conch salad so bad. I looked up this place and decided to go. The conch salad was sweet and had a weird taste. The conch balls were not tasty. I did not finish eating it. Wanted to love this place. Won’t be back.

Here's what stood out: Wings & Fries: The wings had a solid Southern-style base with a Caribbean flavor twist — well-seasoned, juicy, and crispy without being greasy. The fries were golden and crisp, a perfect side that held up well even outside a traditional restaurant setting. Conch Salad: I also tried the conch salad, and it was fresh and tasty with a good mix of citrus and texture. The only thing it needed was a bit more spice or heat to really bring it to life — a dash of pepper or hot sauce would’ve taken it to the next level.

I hadn’t had conch since we went to Nassau, Bahamas in 2017. I was in town visiting from Houston, TX and discovered Ross Bahamian Conch shack. When I say this was the best Conch balls I’ve ever had, that is no exaggeration. My next trip to Miami, this will be my 1st stop!!
