This is my first terrible experience at this location, placed my order at 8:40 pm was told it would be ready in 17 minutes unfortunately it was not ready and upon receiving the order my bag broke. I was told by the manager on duty that she had to call her General Manager for what I'm not sure. After about 10 minutes she told me the they were remaking the order I then asked were they gonna comp the meal and was told no because they were fixing what I dropped when clearly the bag...read full review
