Their service is extremely horrible. At no time can one ever go and get their order in a reasonable time frame, why should it take more than an hour to get food cooked, when it is promised to be ready in 16-21 minutes. When a person enters, nobody even attempts to greet you or ask how can they help? They would see you walk in and watch you like youre disturbing them. Once again attempting to support back run establishments, and forever disappointed. They will always languish at the bottom. DO BETTER!

The food is good YES, however the service SUCKS!!!!! My experience on 7/18/25 @ 5:00 p.m crew was the worse! The line was out the door and upon entering the entire staff was cooking. No one to service the customers. After myself and a truck driver on his stop waited for 10 minutes, each staff looked at us and kept cooking.
Did not come say,” Hello, one minute, or can I take your order!” One young lady wasn’t doing anything except walking around looking at the crew cooking. She looked me in the three times and not once did she come to service the waiting customers.
The driver and myself left without ordering due to the unprofessional behavior of avoidance of waiting customers.
And all I wanted was a large BLUE CHEESE dip.

Worst wingstop ever! There is ALWAYS a problem with this spot. Did an uber eats order paid extra for all flats for a 10 piece. Ended up with 6 drums and 4 flats. Now today. Placed a pick up order online at 8 50 for a 9 30pm pick up. Arrived at 9 34pm. Just to be told nothing is ready. Ticket wasn't even printed out for them to even start the order. Just horrible. NO customer service nothing. Last time I order at this location!

I’m not one to leave reviews but my experience at this location was not good at all, . Not only did I wait 1 HOUR for a simple 15 piece chicken meal, but the lemonade had no ice in it ,and they had also forgotten a chicken sandwich I ordered , ( thank god in checked once I got in my car ) but they didn’t even give me by blue cheese . it almost seemed purposeful of how messed up the order was . The chicken sandwich was very mid , didn’t even finish it . What a shame I usually love wingstop.

For service they were cordial and displayed good customer service. However, the outs use the restaurant needs to be kept clean. Not if it would be the plaza responsibly or wingstop but it needs to be done. Inside not too bad but it feel like it’s been recently cleaned either. But why I would not return is it literalliy didn’t feel clean and my wings and tenders were extra greasy the oil haven’t been changed in a while. So nice ppl but would come back here I’d find another one.
