I ordered delivery through their website. The driver sat at the store for an hour. After contacting the driver and the store, the store told me that it was doordash's problem and they couldn't find my order. I ordered from them. How could it be anyone else's problem that my order is missing?

Bro don’t eat here. This place is crazy bad. You will order from DoorDash/Uber eats and they will short you wings. This happened on 2 different occasions. Bro this happened today 2 hours before the superbowl. Ask yourself this, would I waste my time coming here and writing this review to lie? They don’t think you’ll count the wings. They steal your money!

I made the honest mistake of ordering 30 boneless wings for pick up on DoorDash when originally I thought I ordered traditional wings. I get to the restaurant and that’s when I realized the mistake so I ask if they can make traditional wings and I will pay for the extra cost. This one lady got upset and yelled that there was nothing she could do about it because that’s how the order came up. She walked to the back fussing. So I asked Maria is there anything else that yall can do and they say no. But I know for a fact that there is always something you can do. Maria calls the manager to see what they can do and the manager said that it was okay to remake the order. Brian took it upon himself to make the order himself and he did it so perfectly which I truly appreciate! I wasn’t waiting more than 10 minutes. Thank you so much Brian and Maria, I appreciate yall trying to make an effort to solve a situation that the other girl just dismissed immediately.

I just placed an order here and they lost my food. They told me that it had been picked up but my Uber eats driver said they told him they didn't have my ticket. I could barely hear them because it was too loud and they refused to lower the volume even a little bit.

This wingstop has the worst service. You have to call them over 10 times to get someone to answer and when you finally do, their calls drop. It had been over an hour since I placed the order and the delivery guy never showed and I couldn't get my money back because their phone service was not working .

This wingstop is the worse. Im fixing to call the health department. I ordered online and it said 21 mins.when i got there this big dude cleaning one greaser with chicken and fries next to it .he cursing and yelling with another employee.there were mush and stinky build up all over the floor and all i see is dirty red draws from the employee! After an HOUR OF WAITING FOR MY FOOD NOT 20 MINS . i had to rush to get my kids .when i got to my Destination.i was missing tenders and ranch! Wingstop count your days Disgusting place .i will never eat hear again! And y'all owe me money!

this wingstop is very inconsistent, i ordered my food at 10:57pm and havent gotten my food. the wingstop closes at 12am and i called and enailed but got put on hold for an hour. i absolutely HATE making online orders from here because of the lack of respect. i sent $15 on a boneless meal that would take not more than 20 mins for them to put together and package it and about 15 mins to deliver. it’s outrageous how i never can get through to them on the phone and i now lost $15 due to some inconsiderate workers.
