When I heard about this “secret wine spot” tucked away in an Orange City plaza only 5 minutes from my house, I was shocked. How could I have missed it?! Well let me just say, I am IMPRESSED!

I have visited a lot of wine bars and vineyards in the country and beyond, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with how attentive, knowledgeable, and down to earth the owner, Love Lawrence, was from the moment we walked in.

We used a wine tasting for two Groupon that featured 4 decent sized pours (a mix of red and white, but I requested all red) and it didn’t disappoint. She listened to our taste preferences and adjusted the next pour for us *individually*, which I didn’t expect, but certainly appreciated! The choices were excellent and we left with two bottles (most are moderately priced between $20-40) and plan to come back for many more.

Love features a couple of well-known brands, but appears to source from more exclusive vineyards for those unique, bold flavors that you’re not going to find at your local grocery store. The medium charcuterie is good for two if you’re not particularly hungry but still want to experiment with the pairing flavors.

What I loved most was the quiet, sophisticated, yet laid back energy of Love’s space. There’s a variety of seating options in the event that you come with a group or come alone and grab a smaller table or spot on the couch. Come in your work clothes, come in your tshirt, come in whatever. Either way, you can count on a fantastic experience. Don’t wait!

My sister and I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful wine bar on Wednesday night (10/29/25), and we had an amazing time! The atmosphere was lovely — great vibe, fantastic music, and truly some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The owner and staff were so kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better.

When the owner asked which cocktail was my favorite, I honestly couldn’t choose — each one had its own unique and delicious flavor! This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. I’m only sad it took me so long to discover Amour Du Vin. If you’re looking for a wine bar with amazing drinks, great energy, and friendly people, this is the place to go! 🍷✨

✨ Amour Du Vin is a gem — and even better, it’s Black woman-owned! ✨
I stopped in for some well-deserved me time and once again, I was not disappointed. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and cozy — the kind of place that instantly makes you feel welcome. I was greeted right away by the lovely owner and her friendly staff, which made the experience even more special.

They’re currently offering a great Happy Hour special (Wed–Sat, 5–7 PM): a Lemon Drop or Espresso Martini paired with a pesto flatbread for just $15. I went with the Lemon Drop — one of my favorites — and it was perfectly balanced. While the pesto flatbread wasn’t my personal favorite, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

I also ordered the small charcuterie board, which was just right for a casual “girl dinner” moment. Thoughtfully arranged and ideal for light bites with wine.

This was my second visit, and I’ll definitely be back. I love supporting small businesses, especially ones that create a space where you can relax, sip, and unwind. Highly recommend!

Local woman owned wine room in orange city Fl. Nice little place to go and relax have a glass of wine or two. Has a really good cocktail selection made with wine based alcohol. The lemon drop, expresso martini and that smoked old fashion are chefs kiss. The food they offer is lovely as well nice spread on a small or medium charcuterie boards. They also have small bites and an amazing pesto flatbread. Make sure you go check it out very nice people.

Such a beautiful spot ❣️ Owner love knows all there is about wine! Just went recently for ladies night which is on Thursdays and got to try the love island & blueberry lemon drop. Top notch! Loved them!
