Applebee's Grill + Bar

I placed an order curbside for pickup and sat outside for about 10 minutes without anyone coming out. When I finally called to let them know I was there, the young lady who answered the phone, Abby, sounded extremely inconvenienced by my call. Instead of being helpful, she had an attitude and was very unprofessional. It was frustrating and honestly ridiculous to be treated that way when I was simply trying to pick up an order I had already placed. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

I am a regular customer here. I very much enjoy the Fiesta lime chicken with mashed potatoes and the chocolate lava cake. I get take out quite often. My last time going was back on the 16th of December which was the day after my birthday. Mind you I have a 22 minute drive to get there and 22 minutes back. Unfortunately when I got home with my food, I noticed I didn't have my mashed potatoes when trying to prepare my plate. I called them to let them know that I would have to drive 22 minutes back in to get my mashed potatoes so one of the male managers offered to reimburse my whole order price. Mind you this is the same manager that walked past me two separate times on another occasion to which I waited 10 minutes before I was taken care of for my to-go order. So anyways long story short, I still have yet to be reimbursed for my order from this manager. Going to be calling in again today to try to get this taken care of. If it is taken care of as promised then I will change my review but until then, not very happy.

I never post reviews and never complain about my food ! But yuck ! My husband and I haven’t been out to dinner for a while because of our busy schedules and what a disappointment! I will admit that the wonton tacos were great ! But that’s where the greatness stops ! We ordered alcoholic beverages, one blue Hawaiian Long Island and asked for no salt ..they brought it with salt and when they were told about this she seemed confused and came back said she would have a new one made for him , the waitress came back , he tasted the drink and it tasted like someone dipped it in the ocean 🤣 . This was due to the bartender just pouring it into another glass causing the Salt from the rim of the glass. I ordered the red sangria & it was disgusting ! Tasted like wine only with ice ..Them my husband and I ordered the bourbon steak , oh what a mistake! The toughest steak I’ve ever eaten and it tasted like something floral was in it . We were told that the drinks would be taken off of the ticket and only one was and we got 10$ off for his bad drink and still paid over 55$ for the nastiest food (besides the appetizer) and the most disgusting drinks ! DEFINITELY won’t be back !

My husband and I intended to do the 1/2 price appetizers. Online stated 9, but it was actually 10. We arrived at 9:30 and I was not waiting around lol. Thankfully they had their two for $25 special where you could each get a salad or share one appetizer and you each get an entree. The last time we were there we got the three appetizers special and the mozzarella sticks were pretty good. So this time we got the mozzarella sticks as the appetizer to share, I got the grilled cheese burger with tomato soup and fries and my husband got the chicken fettuccine with a breadstick and a bogo beer deal. Service was quick, the food was good, and we were out of there for under 30+ dollars not including tip. Nice date night dining.

Never had a bad experience until last visit. Outside tables were dirty, we were told to put cigarettes out on the ground (server didn't know where ashtrays were kept.) They were out of most òf the sided that we asked for. All 3 steaks were overcooked hard to chew and dry.

We just left because when we walked in there were a lot of seats inside and all the seats out side were empty and a lady told us there all reserved with no clarification on the tables that it’s reserved they need to up there customer service

Honestly this place is hit or miss. Service is hit or miss. Food prep is hit or miss, but last night was an absolute disaster. Our server was a space cadet or MIA most of the time. Ask for something if you could find him and he kept forgetting. My wife’s steak finally came out correct because they usually overcook it, but this time they bring out her steak and no knives! She actually had to use my pocket knife to cut it! The server asked her if she wanted a plastic knife!?! Really?!? It’s sad to say, but the majority of places by us are terrible otherwise we’d just go elsewhere. The food here is usually good if you can get them to prepare it to your request. If you find a server that’s good remember who it is and ask for them otherwise it will be the luck of the draw.

after we were seated it took us waving down a waitress. no one checked on us on their own while ppl around as were tended to. we got the sampler but the spinach dip was dried up and due to that only a half portion and the chips were not freshly made. the other items were good.
I also got the riblets they seemed overcooked and dry.
the chicken parm did not taste very good . the fries and coleslaw were uneatable . the soup was cold and seemed like half a portion .
all in all I would not recommend this applebees and we certainly will not go back.

Went here on a Friday Evening. They appeared to be short staffed. The waiter did his best to accommodate but was a bit slow as a result. The meals were good. Nothing spectacular but we're filling!
