I love Arby’s so it’s difficult to not give a 5 star rating. The last few visits the experience was just not as great as it used to be.
The drive-thru takes an insanely long time. They were out of a speciality sauce that came with a speciality item which is annoying. The food is not consistently good: sometimes it great, other times it’s just okay. The price is so much more expensive than other fast food places, so the quality needs to be there.
Their service is okay. The man at the window was a little distracted but polite enough.

What an experience. For starters the shorter, curly haired girl deserves a raise. Truly stunning service. She had the most amazing personality and smile. I would come back and buy a sandwich just to see her again hungry or not!!!! She is an example of how customer service should be. I cannot stress how much recognition she deserves. The place was clean and neat and I got my food quickly. The food was good and not cold like some places. Will be coming back. 🤤😁

So I come into this Arby's almost everyday and I get the Swiss dip quite often. The Swiss dip is supposed to come with Swiss cheese but they keep giving me American. Every time I go in there I ask him to please make sure they put Swiss cheese on it and they still keep giving me American. So I called and spoke with the manager and asked her why this keeps happening. She told me that that's corporate policy. So I called corporate and asked them if that's true. Corporate told me that is not true, so the manager flat out lied to me. I understand that American cheese is cheaper and that they're trying to cut costs. But if I'm paying $8 for a sandwich, I want it to be made correctly. I also don't want to be lied to about it either like I'm stupid.
