So I come into this Arby's almost everyday and I get the Swiss dip quite often. The Swiss dip is supposed to come with Swiss cheese but they keep giving me American. Every time I go in there I ask him to please make sure they put Swiss cheese on it and they still keep giving me American. So I called and spoke with the manager and asked her why this keeps happening. She told me that that's corporate policy. So I called corporate and asked them if that's true. Corporate told me that is not true, so the manager flat out lied to me. I understand that American cheese is cheaper and that they're trying to cut costs. But if I'm paying $8 for a sandwich, I want it to be made correctly. I also don't want to be lied to about it either like I'm stupid.

I just wish you'd get some GMO buns (potato buns are the same price as regular buns, which is what I eat) cause I order a classic roast beef with everything on the side so I can throw the bun away and use one of mine.

I like the food over McDonald's or wendy's anyday but the guy behind the counter was not very nice. I know it is not a dream job but if you cant be friendly in a entry level job whats to say you are any better in that higher pay job
