Horrible staff and service. I ordered delivery and was told it would take 45 mins to an hour. It took an 1 hour and 45 mins. I was delivered a cold pizza, they forgot part of my order and when I called they only had excuses about staffing and a printer being broken. They took no ownership to keep me as a customer. We do not recommend this place to anyone, they need to close, go out of business or run their business correctly. Nothing like a Friday night date night ruined.

This is a great little restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and it makes you feel like you are back home, no matter where you are from. The wait staff was great! The food was good. Their calzones are huge (even the small) and soooo yummy. However I wasn't impressed with the sub as it was toasted and a little too hard in my opinion. We didn't try the mimosas but the special was 2 for $5 and we will definitely return to try them!Vegetarian options: As with most Italian offerings it is easy to get a vegetarian meal here. Cheese and/or veggie pizza, calzones, stromboli, ect. As well as salad and appetizers to choose from.

Truly disappointing Experience at Blue Springs Pizza: Unprofessional Manager and Poor Customer Service My recent visit to Blue Springs Pizza in Orange City, Florida left much to be desired, thanks to an unfortunate encounter with an unprofessional manager and subpar customer service. After a particularly stressful and exhausting day, I sought solace in the form of hearty comfort food, only to be met with frustration and disappointment. Upon entering the pizza shop, I noticed there were only a handful of patrons (4 people, 2 in each booth), scattered throughout the space. With several booths and tables available, I approached the waitress to inquire about seating. To my surprise, she curtly informed me that I couldn't sit at any of the booths, despite their vacancy. Feeling puzzled and slightly taken aback, I questioned the logic behind her refusal, especially considering the abundance of empty seating options. Instead of offering a reasonable explanation, she simply directed me to a less desirable spot near the front door--a location that triggered my personal phobia. When I expressed my discomfort and reiterated my preference for a booth, the waitress consulted the manager, a female figure who exhibited a startling lack of professionalism. Upon learning of my request, she responded with a dismissive hiss and an eye roll, clearly demonstrating her disregard for my concerns. As I stood there, feeling increasingly frustrated and disheartened, it became apparent that this establishment lacked not only basic courtesy but also a genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Despite the numerous empty booths and tables, the manager's refusal to accommodate a simple seating preference spoke volumes about the overall disregard for customer experience. In a moment of frustration and disappointment, I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially in a seemingly empty establishment where accommodating a simple request should have been effortless. In conclusion, my experience at Blue Springs Pizza was marred by unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Until improvements are made in both managerial conduct and customer service practices, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others; nor will I go there.

One of the worst pizzas we have ever Hawaiian pizza with almost no pineapple. Sausage and pepperoni that lacked sauce without water and had almost no flavor. Terrible pizzas for sure.

Haven’t been in awhile. Got a couple slices and they were soggy and full of grease. The pizza had a chemical taste. Horrible and $20 for two slices and 2 drinks. What a ripoff.

It was our first time enjoying this restaurant. I was very surprised as I'm not a huge pizza person. However the staff was wonderful and the pizza was absolutely delicious. This will be our favorite pizza and Italian food restaurant. I had a few slices of the Bianca with spinach and tomatoes. It was so delicious and my husband had a small metro pizza..it was so good. I definitely..highly!!! recommend Blus springs pizza. You won't be disappointed!!!

A great find while in Florida. Large slices of pizza which is very fresh and delicious. Hubby had the Italian sub and was loaded with meat and cheese. Don't pass it up.
