Excellent servicio y rapido. Fuimos de visita para Daytona Bike week y tuvimos que ir a comer el sabroso pollo frito con papas. El arroz frito a otro nivel y por supuesto la amabilidad de Nemesis (cajera) por sus atenciones. Recomendado 100%

I’ve given this place three chances, and each visit has been disappointing. The customer service is consistently poor, and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Every time I order, I request no rice, just meat and tostones with garlic. I never order combos because I don’t like rice. Despite clearly stating this, they keep adding rice and charging extra for tostones. When I asked for a correction, they refused, offering no solution or refund. They even suggested that I "not say combo next time," even though I was clear that I didn’t want rice or a combo. It’s frustrating when they charge for something I didn’t order and refuse to fix it. I’ve also tried ordering their tostones con ajo three times, and they always get it wrong. The first time, I asked if they sold tostones con ajo, and they said yes. When I got home, I found plain tostones with garlic sauce on the side. When I called, they told me to specify next time. The second time, I clearly asked for tostones con ajo but again received plain tostones without garlic cooked in. When I called, they assured me they cook the tostones with garlic, but that wasn’t true. The final time, I ordered tostones con ajo while also clarifying the combo/rice issue. I asked whether the tostones would be cooked with garlic or if it would be garlic sauce on the side. The employee confirmed they cook the tostones with garlic, but when I got home, it was the same issue: plain tostones with garlic butter on the side. If their idea of tostones con ajo is just giving you garlic sauce to mix at home, they need to be upfront and stop misleading customers. They also take forever to prepare orders that are always wrong. After repeated problems and terrible service, I’m done with this place. If you value good customer service, accurate orders, and clear communication, take your business elsewhere. --- No recomiendo este lugar. Si valoras un buen servicio al cliente, pedidos precisos y una comunicación clara, lleva tu negocio a otro lado.

Chinese food, bioequivalent. It lacks a lot, and don't come hungry because you will grow roots. The best thing is the ketchup packets and they don't have salt and what I can't believe is that above all it's expensive. And I told you, a Chinese food taster.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant that claimed to be open until 8 PM but closed its kitchen at 7 PM. The waitress even had to check if they would take an order, and the cook looked at her like she was crazy. I was hoping to give them a try, but it's just not worth it. This experience made it clear that they prioritize themselves over their customers.

Reply: I arrived at 7:39 PM and was told the kitchen closes at 7:00 PM. Your reply worsened it since you also don't stand by what you say. Review your cameras again because the staff would not let us go in, and the place was empty.

this place was amazing for the food down to the atmosphere. the employees are very welcoming and helpful. the food is 5 stars all the way. we needed something like this out here. recommend 10/10

Poor. We ordered and 1/2 hr later they say it’s gonna take another 35 minutes to cool the rice. Very poor. Got my refund never go again. Poor start No stars on anything.

I don't really like to give this opinion but the reality is that the service is terrible, I placed an order, I waited 20 minutes sitting down and then they told me that they didn't have rice made and that I had to wait 40 more minutes while they made it. I have a business and one of my policies is that if I do not have the ability to meet the client's expectations, I better not do it because there is plenty of time to not be able to comply. Very sad about this because I don't think I will return again, and it is not the first time that this happens in the same place.
