Waited in line for approximately 20 min with no one taking our order. Another customer srarted yelling at staff which I did not agree with but then staff got hateful and started yelling back. We left with no staff ever coming to front counter.

The manager she got a very bad attitude she only sit around talking instead of working giving people bad looks never will go back very disrespectful & unprofessional & homeless people be in the area so it hard to Oder food with starving people picking out the trash I could never go back

walk-in, no one in the drive thru, 4 CUSTOMERS in the loby, one person doing food prep, one person at the counter working on a call in pickup order and one doing nothing. Customers come into the store and should be taken care of first, lazy entitlement crybabies call in their order. I will never go to this location again.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. Yet again, an item is missing from my order. I order 4 wraps and only get 3. I also ask for marinara sauce to go along with mozzarella sticks and none is provided. When you spend $20 for a meal, you should at least get what you ordered. This location needs better staff period!
My wife and I had lunch in the restaurant. It was clean though only 2 other customers were there. My wife had fried pickle whopper, and I had a big fish sandwich. Both were delicious and were served quickly.

The outside of the building looks just the inside ! The food is nasty and cold ! Drink station is always out of drinks ! The managers all look drugged up ! Just close the whole store !

Got it the laziest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to! Refused to take order in the drive-through because they were too busy… There was one car in the parking lot lots of attitude zero customer service
