I had some questions for another location and needed some help and I ended up calling this location by accident a gentleman named naf answered my call and reached out to the correct location for me and got everything squared away for me its really nice when someone answers your call and you get treated like a human being instead of a number thank you for your great customer service naf
Was not bad, was not great. Waited awhile in drive thru. But they looked short staffed. Food was not terrible.

Heather waited on us at the drive-thru with a GREAT attitude. She made our day, very polite, professional and Great attitude. We will be back and hope Heather is waiting on us again. Thank you Heather!

The new staff was super friendly. I was glad to see more than 2 people working the entire restaurant. It was clean, the food was fresh, I didn't have to wait a long time even though it was busy.

The regional manager has decided to turn off the soft drink machine and prevent individuals from getting ice during the morning hours. There is no logic to this. I was unable to get an iced tea solely because he had turned the machine off and has the only code to unlock it. This is ridiculous.

I rarely come to this location but it’s consistently terrible. I had a large fry that was about half full and the burger was gross with old wilted lettuce. The building wasn’t the problem, the food was and is. I love BK food but it’s been years since they made anything decent here.

I went here at 4:30 on June 1st, the woman cook was being so disrespectful and rude to the other employees, but yet she couldn’t do her job right cause I waited 25 minutes for my food and I was one of the only people there. There was even a guy that drove away before getting his order because he was tired of waiting. How hard is it to manage a fast food restaurant? Get more employees!! Location is very understaffed.

2 people working and they were fighting about making the food. Fast food restaurant took 30 minutes for my meal, seriously? Poorly managed. They couldn’t even give me a refund for stuff that was missing.

It's a damn shame that the staff here is more than likely overworked for lack of finding help and under paid. I ordered my food from the app on my phone and still didn't get there right away. It had been 15 mins by the time I got there to pick my order up and I still had to wait 15 mins there at the location. They had one guy sitting on his phone outside chatting away during a busy time of day only leaving one guy to make all the food, and two girls back and forth between the drive thru and front counter. I didn't get their names but it was a short caucasian female and an African American female if that helps and it was Wednesday 5/14. Anyways, once my order was ready the caucasian female sets my bag down in front of me and walks away. No thank you have a good day or sorry about the wait, nothing just sits bag down and off she went like I wasn't even there. From the looks of it and what I observed she seemed to be the manager or just bossy but I certainly hope not because her people skills are definitely off. All in all I'm just going to go ahead and say that this all may be because they are overworked, possibly tired, who knows but not a great experience. It could have been much better experience and even made the fact I had to wait so long more understandable by simply just saying a few nice words like thank you have a good day. So many people just don't understand that concept but it doesn't take a lot of effort or even money to make a situation a little bit better.
