Michael gave me the best service possible I come here often but never at the time I did today it's always a good experience but this time not only was the service and timing impeccable Michael made my night more enjoyable from a amazing attitude to a leader mindset he made this experience completely change my view on fast food in a total and just when I thought it was at it's best he managed to make it better 10/10 great employee.

I got the Magic team deal where a coupon was applied to my rewards on my app for BOGO Med Big Bufford deal. I went out of my way to the restaurant to get this deal & it would not apply coupon (available) upon check out. I tried this 3 times on my app with no success. There is no time of day to when this deal expires, It just states 11/11. I went to the window at Checkers to see if they could help but I was told the coupon must be expired & they have no control. I asked to speak to a manager to see if that person knew anything. The woman just stared at me, so I asked IF she was the manager. She said yes. Why when I asked for a mgr, you wouldn't say that you are. Really annoyed by whole situation & ready to stop going here if they cannot honor coupons. And WHY if a could expires at 12am on 11/11 that if would still be showing on my app at 12:30pm on 11/11. Expired on that day to me means the WHOLE day of 11/11 not at 12 am. My friend had same PROBLEM! He called customer service & she was going to replace the coupon but had not yet, so he called back to see how long it would take to register in his app. He talked to a different person, a male & he only offered half a coupon. If there is a glitch with your system please fix it or state specifics on coupon.

Walmart quick trip to Florida I thought I stopped for a checkers fix, I guess I picked the wrong location 🤔 I had to wait for what seemed like very cold and old food. I don't know if the person behind the counter had problems speaking or what but only like to do is wave their hands around and shake their head.

Everything was good with the exception of overly salted fries that tasted like the grease bath they were cooked in. The oil needs to be changed I tasted that immediately over the extreme salt which is pretty bad. When I took them back the older woman there that was cooking got snappy with me like how dare I ask for fresh fries. Other than that burger was good..

Called mutiple times about a item missing from my order , the phone keep ringing with no answer but it picked up mutiple times and immediately was put on hold , so unfortunately I had to return to the store while still on hold to inform of the missing item , the manager Danielle was not apologetic nor did she look like she cared I told her I have called mutiple times she said the phone was in the back but no customers in line for the phone not to be answered , she told the cashier to give me the item and walked away horrible customer service and when I asked the cashier for the manager name the cashier laughed as of it was a joke ! Customer service 0/10

I love their new $4 dollar meal deal. A sandwich, fries, a drink, And an apple pie. All for only $4bux. My boyfriend and I only spent $10 bux the other day. When's the last time 2 people could get fast food and an entire meal (or 2) for $10 bux or less!!!

Went to grab lunch with my mom and your 11:30 am crew there today (thursday) was awesome! Super nice and very professional, our food was fresh and hot and we left with smiles on our faces. Thank you!

Sadly disappointed with this Checkers location. Our family loves Checkers. We get Checkers every weekend (mostly the Palatka, Florida location, which is awesome). This location is absolutely horrible. I first thought it was just the lady at the drive thru who asked us to hand her back out receipt twice to see what we had ordered. Didn't make our drinks, had to ask her at the end about the drinks and then she sighs and rolls her eyes. After we waited 15 minutes from drive thru speaker to the window, and then sat there another 11 minutes at the window waiting. After all that, we get our food and the topping were off the burgers, the was more condiments on it than burger and the fries had so much salt it was like pouring salt straight in your mouth. $42 and most of the food went in the trash. Completely disappointed with this Location.

It’s 8:50pm and they are refusing to take orders because they are understaffed. There’s three employees in the building and no one even in the parking lot. Staff is very rude. Their hours don’t match what’s advertised. One of their employees on a different night was coughing while making food and didn’t change his gloves. Another one got mad because we asked for ketchup. This store is worthless.
