Came here last night to pick up an order for somebody there was nobody in the drive-thru there was nobody in line behind me when I came over to the window and the older African American female told me to park my car and walk up to the window?! And she was rude and had an attitude about it. So I just drove off and let the person know that I was not allowed to pick up the order through the drive-thru which I have done hundreds of times in the last 5 years picking up orders for people that are disabled It can't get out to go pick up their food themselves and no other checkers has ever done this to me. I would never recommend anyone coming to this checkers especially with that rude older lady that was working there last night.

Ordered 1 combo 2 burgers and a chicken bites box got charged for everything being a combo and 3 extra fries. After the extra charge only had one drink and 2 fries. Either give me what you charge me for or don't charge me simple. Called to complain and told they are calling the cops because I said I would bring the recipt and food back back to settle the issue.

Probably the worst fast food experience in my life. Waited 10 minutes in line (midnight) and then they asked us to pull over and they'd bring our food. After waiting 20 more minutes, I got out and walked up to see what was going on. They forgot about our order. then when we got home our order was wrong. Total disaster.

Shelly was so awesome! She had us actually laughing which is saying a lot considering at the time we were all tired, hungry and irritable. Give that employee some props!
This was my first time in along time eating at checkers I had a wonderful experience the food was hot fresh and the service was excellent. The apple pies were so delicious
Parking: The parking was very spacious and very convenient and close to the door and the girls especially Kim found me right away great job management. I want try everything on the menu.
Food was ok a little worse than a McDonald’s but the customer service was the deal breaker for me
