We love being able to go here after shopping and sitting down to order from the table is convenient too. The floor was definitely a little dirty which was surprising to us. The food was hot which makes it taste so much better. The chocolate chip cookies here are fantastic a little pricey but wow super chocolatey and warm if you order from within the restaurant like we did. The staff at the location is helpful and even took our tray for us.Parking: Just be careful the parking lot can be a little hectic at times and leaving the building the drive thru is right there some drivers are not paying attention checking food and almost get too close like did to us.Kid-friendliness: They have a play place which is nice smells a little but sweaty kids lol ?

Worst experience ever!!! After getting someone's attention, three different employees asked me for my mobile number name to try to find it...each of them read off the names they had and either moved on to another guest or walked away and answered the phone -- while another employee that wasn't helping a guest also answered it! They laughed at each other and the other employee let this one continue on the call. They all moved on to other guests and tasks while leaving me standing at the counter with no answers or food.I had to get another employee's attention, showing them the mobile receipt. They tried to tell me again my name wasn't there. I asked what is the solution? Can they re-make it? Can I re-order it? Why did it take 20 minutes and 3 different, very unhelpful, unfriendly, one outride rude employee to figure out the solution to re-order it by my request?!Also, while there, the bathroom floor was wet and slippery and out of paper towels.Do NOT recommend this chick fil a location!!

When i received my order I was given my receipt and told to fill out the survey to get a free chick fil a sandwich. So later that night I filled out the long and very detailed survey that took about 5 minutes to complete. 3 days passed and I didn't get the email for my free sandwich so I called the restaurant who couldn't help me and told me to go on the app (which I don't use so I had to download it) to find the number for the chick fil A cares phone number. I called them and they said they were going to escalate it and respond back to me. When I didn't get a response after about a week I called them again. it is now 10 days and 3 phone calls. On the third call the representative said there was a note saying that my survey was not attempted. I advised her again that the survey was very lengthy and I did fill it out and submit it. There was no response with an error message or anything like that. She then said she'd escalate it again. I normally never do surveys and now I remember why. Chick fil A can't send a lousy sandwich even though I did their survey and have called 3 times. It will be a very very long time before I go to a chick fil a again.
