No cheese sticks no soup and the same pizza,ask for something different and you would get yes but never show up. Games for kids were poor and not operating properly. My daughter ask for a straw from the front service clerk a she just looked at her as if she didn’t understand. Won’t go back

Really sad excuse for a Cicis pizza. We arrived at 8:00pm, paid $27 for the two adult buffets and one drink. There were limited options on the salad bar, the noodles were half cooked, the pizza had no sauce AT ALL, and there was only one dessert option. We also watched the cashier turn away a family of four at 8:30pm. At 8:40pm the employees are starting to put everything away on the salad bar. Unfortunate to spend almost $30 for soggy pizza and limited choices. Save your money and don’t bother.

Very disappointed and have been every time we came here recently, but this time it put the cherry on top!
1. My whole group upgraded to the 'big' drinks so we could take a drink home. Go over to the soda fountain, and they only had 4(coke, diet, sprite, and fanta) of the 10 sodas and no tea. It wouldn't have been hard to say that before we paid extra for the big cups. Half of us ended up drinking water.
2. I asked for a different kind of pizza they didn't have out(it's the only one I'll eat) and after about 15 minutes, when I went to ask about it, it was on the buffet with 1 slice left! There were so many employees, none of them could've came and told me or just shouted it out like the other CiCis does?
3. My son tried to play the games and most of them just take your money and nothing happens. Went to ask someone about getting my money back and the response was 'well it's not our fault, that just happens sometimes'. Seriously? Well, it's not my fault either!
4. The cheese bread and pizza that we did eat were all either overcooked or undercooked.
Super sad because we love CiCis. I guess we'll just have to make the trip to the one in Sanford from now on because this one disappoints us every single time!

the shorter girl with her hair up who took our order was very nice and the only reason service is a 2. She alone would get higher but the taller girl with the messy bun laid down who sat on her phone unbothered on snapchat is a straight 0. They were out of every kind of drink. The sweet tea was water with a very very small hint of unsweetened tea. they didnt clean anytables while I ate there and as I'm currently writing this the girl with her hair down is still on her phone not helping any customers. The only thing that made me see she worked here was her being behind the counter.

2nd time going and it was just as terrible the first time. Had like 2 pizzas to choose from,no silverware or cups, salad was empty almost the whole time I was there, they don't make personal pizzas like every other cicis does, crappy toppings for salad. Ask them to make a custom pizza and was not informed when it was done and pizza was gone just like that due to no pizzas being available to eat. Will never go here again

Second time going here. First time was horrible but figured after a year, it'd be better so gave it another try. 5pm on a Friday night, I expected better. There was no salad, pasta or sauce, and the pizza to choose from was 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. 2 pizzas for an all you can eat buffet is absurd. I would understand if it was busy and they were working to resupply things but that was not the case. Needless to say, this time will not be the charm. Very disappointing.
