It’s an all new Cicis! Quite literally this used to be a once in a blue moon visit just due to the lack of….well everything. I did not expect to walk in with my family to a complete 180. The new management is so kind and friendly! The restaurant is a million times cleaner and I truly felt like as a customer, we mattered. It was a huge enough shift that I had to ask if it was a new owner. Please, please keep up the good work! We will be coming back more regularly!
I tell you Wat! This new manager is making a difference. Not only does he try to right the old wrong ways, but him and his staff did go out THIER way to meet all the expectations. He was understanding of the situation as customers encountered with the game area and went up and beyond to make everything right. I'm happy to return two weeks later and not only did he remember us but remembered our favorite pizza. Glad to see Cicis coming back to better standards !
This place, is terrifying. It is moldy, the people that eat here are scary and have no value in life whatsoever. I walked in to use the restroom, and decided to get ONE peice of pizza, just to see how bad it could be. My mouth was dry before eating the pizza, and was more dry after I ate it, but I also had a bad taste in my mouth after eating it. Like garlic, but rotten. The workers are all rude, except for this one lovely girl with curly blonde hair, she looked so good and gave the best service for my slice of pizza I could ask for. All in all, I never am coming back to this place. It was disgusting. I do miss that one girl at the register though. I might need to see her again, but I am still scared of walking in the door.

The people working must have been on there first shift without anyone to guide them. to there credit they were help each other figure out what to do it all worked out. Luckily it was very slow mid afternoon on a thursday.
