Stopped at this Dunkin while I was out running errands, placed a mobile order on the app like I always do. Had to wait at the pickup window for more than 5 minutes whole the associate complained about another associate not stocking cups. She went on to say they would be shutting down the store and only taking mobile orders. All she had to do was hand me my drink.

Wow, what a disappointment for this store. In such a crowded area you would think their team can keep up with a Sunday order at 10am but they failed miserably. The man over the speaker didn’t even know how to put in a Featured menu drink item and asked twice what we wanted. We spoke clearly and he still put the order in incorrectly. The “churro donut” was incorrect as well, and actually just a cinnamon sprinkled donut. We had to pull around to the front area for our breakfast empanadas because they were behind in making food, and once they came out with them and pulled off, we noticed that they were Ice Cold. Another big disappointment. Thank goodness we were able to throw them in the oven at home and we didn’t go anywhere else. This store needs a better trained team.

We actually went in late. The selection was limited, but not bad. The donuts we got were good, but just beginning to taste old. So FYI, buy your donuts a little earlier than 8:00pm.

Always friendly staff and good coffee. Gets packed in the morning of course though.Parking: I wouldn't park directly in front if you are in a rush. The drive through wraps around the store and you could easily get stuck until the line moves.

While I didn't have to wait too long for my food, they gave us creme "filled" donuts with barely any creme and they wouldn't do a half caf latte like every other dunkin I've been to. The workers seemed lethargic and uninterested.

The wait time in drive thru is insane. They take one order at a time. I waited 25 minutes in-line. I would have left the line but was stuck between cars. The owner and management team needed to get it together . Same goes to door dash orders. This place is a mess.
