I was very excited to order my birthday order, I heard great things about the Joy Shot being creamy and great coffee taste but was far from that. The consistency was very watery and the cup size seemed small for a “large” . I had to add milk are creamer at work bc it wasn’t enjoyable. Now for their service it was not what i was expecting. The girl that took my order seems to be hating life and I felt I was annoying her by ordering. I ask her about a specific drink and she answer very dry and I didn’t feel she didn’t want to help me since it was my first time visiting. What a bummer :/

My drink was way too sweet but that’s my fault since I added extra caramel and whipped cream. The employees weren’t very pleasant either. I got there at 6am which is really early so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt but if you’re working somewhere that has you come in that early, you should probably be cheerful in the morning at least.

This is a great coffee place! When I have an issue the owner is very quick and respectful about fixing it! It is some of the best tasting coffee I've ever had. I hadn't drank a coffee in nearly 15 years before I started coming here. That's how good it is! But above all the best customer service I've ever had from any business. Your opinion matters here! That's how you know you'll get the best service. Nothing beats the mocha freezer!! I've never had anything like it anywhere! And the breakfast sandwiches go great with it.
