This five guys has to be the best franchise restaurant I have been to in Volusia county. The crew that works the Wednesday 7:00 shift has got to be the most friendly staff I've been greeted by in the longest time. They all need a promotion!

I came here on 20th of March and had an incident where I ordered a large fry and they gave me a regular fry so I called and talked to the manager on the phone. They told me to come in. Came in and spoke with Joey and he took care of me no questions asked . Great experience. Thank you Joey.

You know what you're getting at five Guys. Freshed cooked burgers, fresh cut overloaded fries fried in peanut oil. Usually this place is consistently good. However. It's hard to justify a casual eatery at $18-20 a person just for fries, burger, and a soda.

Came here today with my family to enjoy our weekend dinner after a great day at the circus I guest the Manager Dave does no have people skill or a employee development program he definitely needs a Customer service training we spend over $80.00 dollars on food between my daughter and I I ask the young lady to make one a combo with a soda and Cajun fries the young lady very professional and with a great customer service which your manager lacks she said ok when I got my order the fries weee not there so I went to the counter to ask for it the gentleman serving the fries was making them when this Guy name Dave in a loud voice says we donât have combo even when the guys by the fries said I taking care of him but again he made it a point to make me look like I was asking for something free this guy should not even work with animals!!!!! And you wonder why companies are failing and closing down due to customer service cause of people like this guy !!!!!!!

My husband and I went for dinner after Christmas. We ordered from a very nice and efficient young man. Before we got our drinks the order was ready. Shouldâve been a red flag. Our burgers were not hot, cheese did not even melt. The roll was squished and not warmed. My husband ordered grilled onions. They were not even warm, like they spread over the grill to get brown coloring. The burgers were clearly sitting around for a while. The fries were delicious. We are not frequent fliers there but when we feel like a good burger we go. I will not be returning to the Orange City Five Guys.
