I was so close to writing a good review.. so close .. but then they did the same thing as always long wait for 2 chicken littles... 23 mins it's crazy.. the last time I was here they told me that it would be a 30 mind wait for any type of chicken... HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE! It's a chicken fast food restaurant!I don't know how they turn a profit and can stay in business. Last time I'll ever come here.

I live closer to the Deland locations but they are terrible. Cali went above n beyond even brought my food out to me in this terrible weather. Thank you.

Horrible experience. Girl on drive thru window was RUDE. Then told to park outside and wait 12 minutes later still no food. Went inside for a refund. Manager on duty was just as rude which explains why staff is the same. First and last.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve come to this location on 3 separate occasions and each time I’ve come they are out of popcorn chicken, they don’t have biscuits, they can’t make mashed potatoes. It’s always something. They clearly are not training there drive through cashiers properly. She had no idea what was even on the menu and all she did know was things we could not have. I love kfc but obviously living in orange city I’ll need to go to Popeyes.

This place is terrible. They care more about talking on the phone then taking care of their customers! The food is old and never fresh. Always out of chicken strips and was told they wil not make more if you dont order a large amount! Meaning you cant get a 5pc big box chicken strip meal if they aren't already made and sitting there!! Disgusting!! Biscuits taste stale. I hope someone comes along and cleans this place out and up!! This is not the only place I'm sending my compaint! Hello corporate!!

Weseniah Jordan Ms.Deb Fantasia Tyrianna I just want to say I work at Metro where customer service is a big part of my job and let me just say I live about 30 mins away from this kfc there is one close 2mins away from me but I onlyCome to this location because everytime I come the experience is what I come for! Weseniah Ms.Deb and Jordan specifically I adore the most they are every customers dream experience in fast food! Their customer service skills are impeccable and I personally will hire them to work for me asap just based off how they treat and speak to me as a regular I’m now becoming because of them! They are a blessing and talented in every way I adore them . Im leaving tonight again a more then happy customer thanks to this incredible team you have here tonight all 5of them deserve a raiseIf not I will gladly take them on and hire them all with more money an hour! They deserve to feel appreciated and they deserve to be paid what they are worth! They are the reason I started coming back to kfc again because before them I hadn’t ate here in 3 years because of the poor service that I’ve been given at theKfc by my house on providence in deltona. People serving food are wearing no hair nets, pulling up their pants with the same gloves they’re using to serve the food & if they do manage to give you your food they take 30+ mins and still manage to forget something. Small portions too.
