Not being honest about pick up times. Give customers a choice to walk away verses being swayed to wait with false updates.

I called in an order 2 weeks ago and was mischarged due to the wrong coupon being applied when i ordered over the phone. Linda was nice and said they would void the transaction completely and do s new one. The money was supposed return to my account. It's been two weeks after numerous calls and the manager is now saying I have to wait another week for him to even begin doing something about it. When you hold my money for more than 2 weeks and give BS excuses you are stealing. I even offered to make it easy for them and instead of the money would place an order. They said no. Very bad business acumen and customer service. It's rediculous that i have to open a report with the state so that a manager can do his job correctly. Not sure if there is new management but since a few months ago their service and food level has really dropped. Last 2 oeders have been so substandard with items wrong ir missing. Bad form Marcos and manager.

Toppings are not skimpy. Always hot, quick delivery. Very nice phone customer service. It's a nice addition for our area :)

So we’ve been coming for awhile. I called in an order because I was having problems with the app. They didn’t know how to resolve the app issue and told me to just come in and show them the rewards and they will adjust it. Call came in at 8:34 pm on 6/8/2024. I specifically ASKED am I allowed to order the Magnifico for 12.99 and use my rewards. He said I’m sure just come in and we will adjust it if you show us the reward we will take care of you. LOL get to the store and they not only wasn’t giving us the commercial price of 12.99 told my Hubs 18.97 or something like that. And then said I can’t help you with the rewards. I can only give you the advertised price. Wasted my whole time coming up there and lost a good customer. I’ll go to Hungry Howies where the service is amazing along with the pizza.

This is the right location. That’s why I noted the time of the call so perhaps retraining could facilitate. The first call came in at 8:34 pm when the young guy told me to come in and show my rewards and they will adjust it. But when my Husband came in, there was a lady maybe of Indian descent and told my husband no, that’s when i called again and she answered and told me they don’t know about rewards because they are my rewards. That call came in at 9:00 pm if the calls are being recorded.

They just throw the pizza into the box without any ridged serving tray. the pizza has the aroma and smell with each delicious bite of pizza covered in an aroma of recycled cardboard.I called the manager, they told me they arbitrary decided to just throw the pizzas in the cardboard box, and when I searched for macro's corporate number, they "recommend contacting the store", i.e. i'm out of luck...Marcos sucks. Don't get pizza here.

First time ordering food from Marco's pizza and the experience was amazing. The owner was very helpful explaining all the great deals they have. Definitely I'll be coming back!

A friend recommended this place to me. The pizza was bland and flat. It tasted like a supermarket pizza. Yuck. I ate one piece and threw the rest out. I'll stick with Hungry Howies.

I thought I placed an order at the location on saxon, but when I arrived my order wasn't there. I realized my mistake and went to this location in Orange City. The owner was so sweet and said she was sorry I went to the wrong location and gave me free cinnamon sticks for my trouble. Everyone was so polite! I will make this my regular pizza place!
