Everytime I come to this location at the start of breakfast it seems as though something is always wrong. Either the registers are down or they're not taking orders right now. Today I completed a mobile order just for them to tell me they're not taking orders for breakfast right now. Today after completing my online order I had to wait nearly half an hour, its frustrating and disappointing, the deland location service is so much better than this one I only come to this location if the deland location is closed in the morning.

The fact this is the closet McDonald’s to my house sucks . Every time I go I’m waiting in drive thru for over 20 min. They short you on the fries . Always giving me skimpy as fries . Then get upset when they’ve gotten your order wrong . This is an issue every single time

We were in the drive thru waiting for our order of 4 five dollar meals and they took super long we ordered our food at 10:08 and we stayed there for an hour and we still didn’t have our food and the service was not good they were also rude and just overall a bad experience and I understand if they have many customers but there was not many people there and they had enough staff but we still didn’t get our full order and made us wait for an hour so we had to go inside and ask for it, Bad experience!

Utter incompetence! Guy taking orders through the drive thru doesn't listen! Ordered a #2 with an unsweet tea. Got a #1 with a sweet tea. Employee giving out orders was totally disgusted with me for asking for a sweet tea. Management needs to make some changes

Late to work even though I came an hour before I start my shift, ordered a simple two meals, waited 45 minutes for the manager to apologize and tell us that she only has 2 people today, well why aren't there any job postings on monsters or indeed? SnagAJob? I'm not angry that they had people call out or are understaffed, but I moved here in 2014, and this one consistently is understaffed and slow
For some reason, the workers very RARELY remember to put a straw in the doordash orders. How is someone to drink a milkshake without a straw? This isn’t a “once or twice” type of issue, but an “every single time I order “ type of issue. The DoorDash customers should be just as important as the in store, and drive thru customers, do better.

*side note to the boomers. There is only one exit, blocking that exit so you can skip the line only further blocks everyone* do better Orange city

The quality of the meat is terrible... As an ex McDonalds employee at a different location, I'm worried they leave the meat out before cooking and serving it. The breads also stale and the customer service is terrible... at night, they slammed their first on the burger and added way too much ketchup, to the point the burger sogged. not coming back and won't recommend.

Store#04546 order 66 8/4/25 they quit selling breakfast before 10:30. The lady who is taking my order was very rude and the manager himself was there to pick her up. I will not return. I haven’t been to this location in over two years.
