Given the reviews was very disappointed, the service was slow considering how few people were there, almost 45 minutes to get my food. The quality of the noodles was not much better then the package noodles bought in the store.Felt the need to further comment after the owners ignorant comments. I did go to Walmart and McDonald’s and they were far better then what you served. There was only one other person in the restaurant and only a few takeout orders, poor service is your only excuse, never a good sign when the place is empty and dirty. My advice is to go to the Pho Company in Deland, excellent food that is served in under 30 minutes even when they are busy which is always a good sign by a very friendly staff. doubt this place will ever have that problem.

Our first time, we went early at opening times because we knew from the reviews that it is a small crew. The service was great, the food was very good and we'll definitely order again. It is a smaller business so there are only 5 or so tables. If your looking for dine it I would go early or you're likely to wait or order pick up.

The best ramen I have ever had! I've been here several times and every single time the ramen doesn't disappoint. The shrimp bao buns are to die for. The atmosphere is wonderful.

My husband and I just happened to be in the area and were so excited to find this restaurant. It seems that the only places that have ramen are in the depths of Orlando - not Neko Ramen!It didn't seem like too much from the outside - just in a strip mall on a side street. However, we immediately knew that we made a good decision to stop in as soon as we walked through the doors.You order at the counter and they bring your drinks and food to your table. We both decided to order the Tonkotsu Ramen. I ordered chashu pork while my husband got steamed chicken.We were so impressed with the taste! There was so much food - it was definitely worth the price. By the end, we both had a small container to take home.We have already planned our next trip!

I just got the Spicy Miso Ramen and the Pork Bao. I thought both were quite delicious with good flavor. The ramen was a nice portion and you have a choice of 3 meat options. I kinda wish they had a veggie option. I'm unsure if they have a veggie broth.

I can't say enough about this Ramen restaurant... quaintly situated in Debary / Orange city, you'll be delightedly surprised by the authentic flavor and genorous portions of they serve.Aboundant flavor, great price...a must try!!!

Nothing special. Amid all the reviews, it seems that there are many that are wowed by the completely ho-hum Japanese eatery. Foods found in other similar places, such as bao buns, were not as good as, say, Saigon Sizzle Vietnamese, right up the road from them in Orange City. Saigon Sizzle's food was better, the place was cleaner, and a bit cheaper in price too, if you're OK with switching out the ramen with pho. I also tried the Spicy Miso Ramen and Takoyaki. The Takoyaki was good, but not enough to make me want to go back. The additional reason for the lackluster review is that the menu they had online did not exist in the restaurant. The restaurant itself was dusty, and it seems either because of it being under repair or because of the pandemic. I won't hold that against them, but why not take time away to update your site? Yet another reason was that they were not open at the posted hours right on their door! Twice I went and they were closed a whole 45 minutes after the posted time. If they are having a tough time, adjusting the hours instead of having waiting customers outside your restaurant is better for business.

Just had Bao buns and they were excellent. When I called they weren't making 1 dinner special I wanted but things happen for a reason. The red curry was so freakin good. The phad thai was also one of the best I ever had. The only thing they should improve on is bigger shrimp. Besides that the flavors were ON POINT. GREAT JOB!!!! Oh the pinapple in the red curry was banging. So good
Been here twice, the food it self is great. The ramen base is very tasty and flavorful. But the wait times and service leave much to be desired. There is only two people working and should be at least 3 more employees. They don’t have the staff to give good service. I love the food and hope this place stays open but honestly it I don’t see how it will with the level of Service. 25 mins to take my order and about another 50 mins to actually get my food. Great place If you don’t mind grabbing a snack before you before hand

I came here because another place was closed. Now I'm just going to come here because this place is LIT ???The Tonkotsu broth is on the sweeter side and I didn't know I needed that in my life.I also love that the pork chashu has a slight char on it. Perfect addition to regular chashu.The egg added was seasoned and.... Oh my god that was life changing. I didn't think an egg could taste so damn good. I will fight people for this egg. Seriously.The other additions were a nice texture break. Bamboo and another green.I also had the chicken bao bun. Which was very good, but perhaps would improve by having a slaw like mixture instead of seemingly just sauce on top.When I'm back in the area, I know where I'm getting ramen.

I almost always order the Shrimp Pad Thai.. The last few times it has been exceptionally delicious. Either the recipe changed or they got a new chef/cook. It tastes fresher and the addition of the scallions makes it outstanding. Thank you!!
