We are locals and have eaten here often. We ordered a delivery order and we didn’t get our tea. I know it’s only tea but it was almost 5$ so I called to see if I could get a refund. They were so apologetic and sweet and I talked to three people and all were just so nice about a little tea. They refunded it to my card with no issues. Just super nice customer service!
Olive Garden has gone down hill in the quality of food they serve. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat but times have changed. We used to have to wait in line for a table but no more.
Good basic Italian meals. Not fantastic but just ok. I had chicken parmesan. The chicken was good, sauce ok. The pasta could have used more sauce. My wife had carbonara with chicken. The pasta had little to no cream sauce on it and was too dry. The taste was good. We had salad and the lettuce was not crisp like fresh should be. Our waitress was good and the food came out fairly quickly.
