Amazing staff and quality Pizza 🍕

Ever since this location started relying on door dash to deliver orders we have had such bad luck. If the food shows up it is great but the last two orders have been horrible. First time we got someone else's order, 4 huge pineapple pizzas. The second time we ordered at 5:20 and the pizza still hadn't been picked up by door dash by 6:20. Called the store and there is nothing they can do?? The driver that took our order was coming from Sanford and wasn't even at the store yet giving us an ETA of 7pm?? The store should be able to intervene if there is an issue with the door dash drivers, or they need to go back to hiring drivers because they are going to lose customers this way.

we got a wrong delivery due to a door dash error but when I called they were very good with redoing our order and getting it back to us quickly

Pizza was pretty bad. Ordered a large two topping pizza, barely any cheese and toppings. I felt like I was eating the cardboard box it came in most of the time. After my first slice I quickly remembered why this location is rated 3.5 stars. Next time I'll go across the street to Marcos and get a better pizza.

People who take care of online orders need to learn how to READ! Asked for light BBQ sauce on pizza and they poured a bucket on it instead. Paid for extra onions and got NOTHING! Either they do this on purpose or they can’t read. Last time I will order from this place. You can’t fix stupidity and incompetence in people.

Have been here twice, the first time I ordered 2 large NY style pizza's. One had the NY style crust, the 2nd pizza did not. Both were supposed to have extra cheese and I wasn't impressed. Gave them one more try and ordered online, the same 2 pies as the first time. Both pies this time had a thinner crust but still soft, extra cheese was definitely not extra cheese, waste of money. Will use the one on Providence in the future if I get PaPa Johns again. The Providence store was who I tried the first time I tried PaPa again about a month ago since not going to PaPa Johns for about 8-10 years. So tired of paying so much money for junk chain pizza's that taste like crap. If you go to non chain pizza places they taste a bit better but crazy priced, $25-30 bucks for an extra large cheese with extra cheese and no other toppings, what a rip off.I will say that staff at PaPa Johns is friendly and polite.

I haven’t had Papa John’s in so long. The last time I had it, it was amazing, which was about 5 years ago. They’ve changed something. The cheese and sauce tastes different. The bread sticks were crunchy but still doughy, which was great.

I asked about the papa $6.99 deal that was advertised on the door. The girl that was taking orders said I couldn’t get deal that I needed to do it online but was a little unpleasant about it.

Incredible I'm 1.3 mi away $5 delivery fee and course they expect you to tip on top of that so add 10 to $12 on top of everything you order that's incredible I'd rather make it myself

If you want to get disrespected treated rudely and get jerked around by an overweight ,short angry female with about three different hair colors in her hair and this is a place to go, then you call to talk to her and the manager named Corey and all he does is stick up for her and talk down to you, I own a small business down the street and we employ eight people and about every other week we orders three or four pizzas from there, we will never go there again. They don't even have plates or napkins or cheese to give to people.

I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza and it was so overcooked it was like eating a giant cracker. I usually defend PJs but no more! We usually pick up now so we can check the pizza before taking it home but I guess for delivery they don’t really care what they send out. Won’t use delivery ever again.

The place has a really bad bug problem. They were crawling all over the floor when I picked up pizza. I never ate the pizza and will not return to this location 🤢

Great atmosphere! Everyone shouted hello when we walked in. Pizza was ready when we came in and tasted great! Couldn’t be happier with this location! All are polite and always asking if we would like and Parmesan or pepper packets, we will be back every Friday like always!

This place atmosphere is horrible. Looks like they are closed. They need to change management if it's Bee because she has no customer service skills replies like she doesn't even care has no emotions at all.
