Apparently, they are now looking for a lawsuit? They stopped putting sleeves on hot beverages if they are tall or grande. They now only put sleeves on venti and above... because why? smaller cups are better insulated? or not as hot? stop it. I even called corporate to verify this was not a policy change and they confirmed that it is not. UNSAT imo of course
Okay so I had to delete my last review to post another, I hve been goin here for a few years & the last time I was there I now know the name Juan someone new, has attitude when asked a question..The reason I go here is bc of the customer service I get, Jacob, Brittany, Jack & a few tht no longer work there, but I been in customer service for a very long time, I've been rewarded #1 in customer service & know tht getting service he gives will send ppl else where like myself, he's snotty & the smirk on his face said it all. Had to ask twice before I got answer I was needing, all I can say is need to get rid of him before u hve bigger issues bc of the attitude he gives, thank to me knowing the others &knowing thts not the service u normally get i wouldn't ever come back.. 100% horrible person, needs to learn how to treat others.. BIG thanks to JACOB who fixed the coffee tht was also horrible tht day!

Compared to some of the other reviews on here for the Standalone Starbucks this is actually the one inside Target. The staff is all amazing! Jack, Jacob, and Brittany plus all of the other girls go above and beyond and are always super friendly!! My son and I look forward to going and seeing the smiling faces almost every morning!!

Idk what's up with this Starbucks location but it's the worst customer service I've received at a Starbucks ever. Not an exaggeration, just facts. Everyone has attitudes when you go. The drinks are always low on ice and just do not taste consistent with other Starbucks. They also tend to be out of stock on certain items more than others I've been to. Unfortunately it's the only Starbucks in town with a drive through so it means we just rarely go anymore unless we are driving through to another area and can stop at a different Starbucks on the way. The customer service is probably the most irritating part because no one is friendly or helpful; they are always curt and begrudging every time I have been through

Expensive and SLOW. You’ll see someone go through the drive though before you get you pre order you put in 20 minutes ago ? it’s commical
Every time I come to this particular location I catch attitude from the person taking my order because they don't want to customize my drink. I have to tell them every time that I order this same drink from 5 different locations EVERY SINGLE DAY. Other locations give me my order work a smile and no hassle. I drive out of my way to go to other locations but I should not have to do that just so I don't have to have an unpleasant experience and be forced to finish making my own drink.

We received poor customer service. We ordered two drinks that are made with strawberries. The barista in training at this location prepared these drinks. She noticed that there were barely any strawberries and asked the other barista if they should get more. He stated that what was there was fine. He was very dismissive and behaved as though he was in a rush to close despite the fact that closing time was not for another 45 minutes. The barista in training was very kind and diligent . More so than the young man that was presumably training her.

Starbucks was closed at my last visit. Time time before that my order was supposed to have coconut milk in it and it did not. The time before that my order was also incorrect.

Really can't say too much about it it's Starbucks that make my drinks pretty good most of the time but the annoying part I can do without is doing half of the cashiers job sticking my card in a slot just so I can hit no thank you on a tip . You want me to do half your job and leave a tip.
Everytime I want to get a drink here there’s a huge line and 1 person working. Today I walked in and there was 1 person infront of me and I waited 15 minutes to order because the barista was working alone and had 6 drinks to make. Kinda ridiculous how the target/starbucks employees are treated here
Consistently good experience. Recipes are meant to be same one location to another and they almost have it right.
