When we got our drinks around 7pm on 12/11/25, our drinks weren’t complicated and the drive thru / counter inside weren’t busy, however, Rai, the girl at the window, was extremely rude. She took my payment, and as she handed us our drinks she didn’t look at me once, just continued chatting on her headset to her coworkers. When I asked for a pup cup for my dog, she rolled her eyes at me and shook her head… completely unprofessional!!! My roommate who was also in the car stated she has had her several times as well and has never had a friendly interaction with her because of her negative attitude. Your job isn’t that serious, you can be friendly to people that are paying for your product. If you don’t want to be friendly, don’t work the window or counter.

I am homeless with my service animal went in to get something to eat and some ice. Absolutely awful the way I was treated I told them the dog is a service animal and I am homeless. Lady came over told me to leave and I asked why ? He is a service animal but he doesn't wear a vest. So I decided to leave and as I walking out the manager goes good job. So if this how you are going to treat disabled customers with service animal then I rather go to wawa for coffee because they don't have a problem with service animals. I will never stop here again. Go to wawa instead. They don't care if you bring your animal with you or sit outside.

Honestly wild to me that it seems the barista's take it personal about how you order your coffee ... that you are paying for LOL. I order a grande iced coffee, but since I add extra cold foam I always ask for my grande to be in a venti cup... That way I get the whole grande iced coffee I pay for as well as the extra cold foam I pay for... again; pay EXTRA for the additional cold foam, no worries I have no problem paying especially since I request extra cold foam at that LOL.. But to then receive my drink with a whole inch gap missing at the top is just sad & honestly petty from the barista IMO. It seems from the other reviews this location typically does this... So I guess the consensus here is if you are ordering a standard drink from this location you'll probably be okay - but if you want to customize your coffee GOOD LUCK.
Can never make the coffee the same way. Order an ice coffee with a caramel lined cup and pay the extra for it for them to just add to the top when I also pay for it to be ontop of the whip cream or they dont even add it and when asked im told when it doesn't say extra.
