Highly frustrated. Im staying up the street from this Subway at the Hospice center. Twice I have ordered the Turkey Cali Club. 1st time they forgot the avocado and now the second time they forget the beacon. Will you please have your employees learn the sandwiches they are making. Im paying for stuff I didn't get to eat.

I bought 3 subs from this location and all where unsatisfactory. The bread was not fresh which made the sub poor. The two workers was so much into their conversation that it took twice as long to fix our food.

I went in at 9:46 tonight to get food before shopping, and a young girl with braids said "I'm actually closed to all food items right now" and I said "you don't close until 10" and her response was "but I'm closed to food items". This is ridiculous honestly. I don't understand how someone can't do their job properly. I myself work in food service... if you close at 10, you close at 10.

The person behind the counter did not greet me, and you could tell she did not want to be working, the only word she said to me was yes when I pointed to the cup to use for the combo, the seating area was dirty ,

Usually I love this specific subway. My roommate and I come in here almost every time We come to the Walmart. Today I came in with my roommate like always. She has a very severe tomato and tuna allergy. Normally the people working here are super kind when we tell them and they always change their gloves and the knives to make sure there is no cross contamination. Today i said before they even started "hey by the way she has a severe allergy to tuna and tomatoes" Because he was just with another customer. Before I could say more he just said "okay and?" And I asked him if he could change his gloves. He reluctantly did. We get down to the veggie part and another worker starts. He is made aware she is allergic to tuna and tomatoes. He is about to cut our subs and he cuts mine first with an already used knife. He is about to cut my roommates and she stops him super quick and asks if he can use a clean knife. He stands and stares blankly for a moment and proceeds to scoff and go off into the back and clean the knife. She asks if he can cut it in half and he scoffed again while the other worker laughed and made a mumbled snarky comment under his breath. I couldn't hear it but it was very unprofessional and very rude how they acted. It's not a joke or something to be rude about when someone is severely allergic to food. You have to consider them being allergic is not their fault and can send them to the hospital if it is bad enough, and hers is bad enough. I don't know what has happened to the staffing here but they clearly don't care about customer satisfaction. :(

This was the best subway I’ve ever been to it has everything to do with the guy working there. he was awesome courteous and super attentive it’ll be my go to subway from now on.
I received my order through DoorDash. The sealed bag was missing one item and Subway let the driver leave without my drink. I got a refund, but it's frustrating. It looks like a MANAGER needs to be more active and involved with the team members.

Today was my first time visiting this location and found it to be one of the better Subway locations. Prices still reasonable but that seems to be changing everywhere. Quick service and the food tasty. What more could you ask.
