At 11:28 pm on march 15th 2025 I donât know her name , but they forgot my taco she stuck her whole body out the window with attitude asking for my receipt goes over and very rudely ask so you got the one but not the other backs her self out the window says one minute and shuts it mind you she is the was that checked my bag before handing it out so she is just mad at her own mistake. I was very kind and respect so her acting so passive aggressive was not necessary

This is actually a great Taco Bell. The staff who work hereare terrific. But, I just saw something that made me a little ill. One of the preparers in the back wearing gloves came to the front and did something with the cash register. She touched the cash register face with her hands wearing the same gloves she was preparing food with, and then went back to preparing food. Yuck!

So I arrived at Taco Bell on Enterprise on Super Bowl Sunday at approximately 10:20pm I was 3 cars from the window. I ordered then I WAITEDâŠ.. & I WAITEDâŠ. And I WAITED! There was a white truck at the window who pretty much SCREWED everyone up!! I wanted to just leave but was blocked in. I was most irritated when I arrived at the window FINALLY @ 10:49! Jemisly immediately changed my ENTIRE state of mind when she greeted me with a smile! I KNOW she was irritated đ from the previous MORON. She should be recognized for her AMAZING Customer Service!! Itâs hard to find nowadays and I think she needs a HUGE RAISE! I just wanted to say âGREAT JOBâ đ

I like this Taco Bell over the other that is closer to my home because they are quicker and most of the time they get the order and preparation of the food correct. The big plus is Bernadette who helps at the counter. She is always very friendly and helpful. They need more employees like her.
I reccomend if you see the bigger older lady, dont go. Shes really rude and treats doordashers/customers horribly, she acts like shes your 60 year old cranky boss that intentionally wants to make your day harder. I feel bad for her coworkers.
