If I could give it zero I would I was so hungry and did not know they were serving breakfast again I asked to see the breakfast menu as he rudely asked me what I wanted kept telling me it was on the menu and the menu was not showing outside and I tried to explain that to him he told me to come inside if it's not on the menu very rudely unfortunately I drove off but people are so rude

Food is good but service sucks. Workers are doing great job in kitchen but they don't have enough. Line is too long. Average wait time 30 mins plus. I went inside, no one came to desk. Everyone super busy in kitchen. Such a shame. They need to improve their customer service.

IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY AND ASK THEM TO NOT PUT SOMETHING ON YOUR FOOD, ALWAYS ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK CAUSE THEY DONT CARE & PUT IT ON ANYWAYS! Im not sure if the employees are stealing your $ cause if u ask 4 smthing like extra cheese THEY HAVE NEVER, IN 6YRS, ACTUALLY ADDED IT! We tested this by asking for sour cream on items it doesn5 come with and, so far over the past 2yrs or so, 32 bean burritos, 48 tacos and 26 Mexican pizzas and not 1 had sour cream but we r charged for it! OUT OF ALL THE TIMES WE'VE GONE 2 THIS TACO BELL THEYVE GOTTEN OUR ORDER RIGHT, 💥💥AT THE VERY MOST💥💥10% of the time! NOT SURE IF THEY R JUST STEALING OR TRYING TO KILL PEOPLE

It was my first time going to the OC Taco Bell today because of my new job. Shout out to my brother for helping me out at the drive-thru. He was super nice and personable. The food was good, too! I'm definitely coming back. Give this man a raise!!!

What a horrible experience… I ordered the new Strawberry Passionfruit Refresca, the girl at the window asks me if I wanted the strawberry in it. I told her, yeah, that’s what I ordered. She responded that they were high up and there was boxes in the way. I again told her that I would like the drink how I ordered it and she proceeded to move the boxes with an attitude. She then rolled her eyes when I asked for a cup holder for FOUR DRINKS. Only reason why because she had to go in the back and open a new pack. I ordered Tacos Surpreme, didn’t get that either.
