While the service was decent, the food was absolute crap. Ordered 3 steaks and ALL of them were cooked incorrectly. Even after it was confirmed twice with our server and a manger even confirmed what cut and cook we wanted. The salad looked like it had been sitting all day wilted and extremely small portion. Only thing decent about oir meal was the rolls. Disappointed in this establishment and probably won't be returning for a while.

I literally have never had bad food from this restaurant! My husband tried Texas Roadhouse for the first time in Ohio couple years ago, and though we can't afford it often every time we get it from the Orange City location he says it's as good as the first time! Whatever they're doing they need to keep doing it! This last time we ordered the chicken finger family meal, I ordered extra rolls but in hindsight I did not need to do that. We ordered that 3 days ago and we're still eating on all of it! Great deal for the $65 that I spent!

Been to this and other Texas Roadhouse many times. Normally steaks are cooked perfectly to requested temp and everything else ia great too. Unfortunately, my steak was overcooked thie time- bound to happen eventually and I understand mistakes happen. Ordered Med rare, received med well. Server didn't check back for quite some time. Ate it as it was because I was hungry and didn't want to hunt for our server. I'm sure she was busy and I know none of this was intentional but this was the toughest steak I've ever had here. Brought half of it home and gave it to my dog- he didn't mind it being overcooked ;).
Recommended dishes: Loaded Baked Potato, Extra Fresh-Baked Bread
Food was excellent. Service was a bit slow and server was not very attentive. However, I would still go back.

our waitress was very good. We sat at the bar. She was very attentive couldn’t have asked for a better server. However, the restaurant was filthy. The bathrooms were nasty, and I have never been to a Texas roadhouse. This filthy before the bathrooms had not been cleaned the doors entering the bathroom stalls were filthy. The faucets were rusted and pitted and they looked disgusting and the smell inside that bathroom made me want to throw up. toilet seat was yellow and Will worn and disgusting looking. You would think a restaurant of this caliber could at least take the time to put in new toilet seats and new faucets and get their employees to clean the doors. Going to the stalls inside now.
