Wingstop is my favorite place for wings, been eating there for years, I will not eat wings anywhere else, with that being said, today they disappointed me. I ordered my wings through Uber eats the way I've always ordered them ( extra cooked, mild flavor) I received wings that tasted like they were dumped in the fryer right out of the freezer, soggy, slimy wings. I just hope they were having a bad day.

Horrible services rude manager. Ordered wings for Tyson fight ordered 1 hour and 30 mins before fight. Arrived at store with confirmation number and they claimed they didn’t have order and would not refund. Told customer waiting in line it would be an hour wait to place take out

We usually order online and pick it up. Online always shows about 30 mins wait time for it to be ready .. when we show up to get the food, it's ready and sitting there. It takes a while for someone to come up front and help customers and the food is usually cold when we get it.

Online is where we ordered and we ordered 30 wings and 10 corn as our side we have ordered in the past many times about 75 wings each visit in past and I’ve never had this issue but whenever they give us any type of dressing there’s like one dressing that we pay for and for example 30 wings they said that it is how it is online when you order with corporate and there’s no way to fix the problem so it’s very disappointing when we get home and we have one small container of dressing for 30 wings other than that, the people are great every time we’re in there and the food always taste great

I am frequent at wingstop and order the exact same thing every time I visit. They are typically phenomenal. Tonight my wings were undercooked, over sauced and slimy. No problem, I understand things happen. I showed the manager and was told it was because of the flavor I chose. She then stated that remaking them wasn’t an option unless I wanted to pay for another batch because the 10 wings would mess up the stores inventory. I ended up paying for another order to get some edible wings. The poor display of customer service is disappointing coming from a place I typically enjoy visiting.

Good wings but staff sits around talking, not taking orders .. this should be a business of only online orders not a walk in restaurant. If you order, you can get your stuff quicker but if you walk in you will wait for ever!!

NASTY. If I could give this food 0 stars I would. I ordered the lemon pepper wings, garlic parmesan wings, and plain wings and I wish I never did. The lemon pepper wings were nauseating. Biting into the wing was worse than chewing an actual lemon. I spit it out because I couldn’t chew it and I’m still having heartburn. The parmesan wings were caked in powdery seasoning and the plain wings were dry too. I’m so happy I ordered using Uber and asked for my money back. Never again, don’t waste your money.
