I ordered from here about a week ago through the app. Everything on the print out/the lady reading me my order at the pick up window - everything was correct. I got home and opened my pizza and it had no toppings, aside from cheese, and barely any sauce. I call in, a guy answers, puts me on music hold without telling me, then another male picks up. He apologizes and states they will remake and I can come get it or he will put me down for a credit/replacement. Great, my one year old is exhausted so the credit/replacement is fine - I appreciate it - accidents happen. Well tonight, my partner calls to use the credit/replacement for the issue and they state it won't cover the SAME PIZZA they messed up. Essentially, I paid for a product that was incorrect, they say they are going to fix the issue in the future for me, then I am told - whelp that wasn't right. The employee told my partner that he would have had to have used the credit the night we had an issue for it to match what we had purchased....what?! Ridiculous. It definitely taught me to check my order before leaving the store.

I made an online order and when I arrived at the store they told me that my order did not appear in the store and I checked the order well and it was the right place and time, they did not want to make the order or return the money. I was very upset, but I had to make a new order because I was late for work, the order they gave me was wrong, I asked for white sauce but they give me the pizza with red sauce, I ordered tomato, extra cheese, onion and pineapple, but when I checked I didn't have an onion. Totally disappointing, the wet and dirty bathroom and the very bad attention. VERY BAD SERVICE

Worst meal I have had in months. We tried the new melt. It was so hard we couldn't bite it. The staff were playing around so it was like eating in a zoo. They had issues drink machine out of order. No straws. Just seemed they needed management.

We had to wait extra 20 mins upon arrival for an order that was called in for pick up. Food was mediocre at best, lacking sufficient pizza sauce and cheese. Establishment was not very clean.

I've been here three time and based on my first visit it would have been 1 star mostly due to the slowness of it. I was told 20 minutes on a take out order and it took 45. For a personal pan pizza! However since I've come back I don't think it's fair to rate them one star even tho they are slow and take way too long. The fact is that Pizza Hut has the best pizza, with the exception of real NY pizza. My go to order is personal pan with mushrooms and sausage. It hits the spot every time. The staff that work here are doing good, It's pretty good pizza and I'm grateful they are in a location near me. Thank you!

No one out pizza's "The Hut". . The pan pizzas have the most tasty crusts that are buttery and crisp on the outside and soft and a tad sweet on the inside. Every pizza at Pizza Hut tastes better than the competitors'.
This Pizza Hut. Take out only. The dining room is closed. The wing were cooked perfect.

The person I spoke to on the phone to take my order was not originally an English speaker so they had a very thick accent. He got all of my order, however one part of it was incorrect... the bone in Wings with Cajun dry rub was made into the boneless wings instead.Pizza was great though. Just wish I had known the Cajun wings were done wrong before I drove home :(

Just hoping if you ordered a large pan pizza on 6/4/21 around 4:30 pm, you received a new one and not the one I drove off with and returned. Whoever it was used a $3.50 coupon. I just decided to open the box since they have made so many mistakes on my pizza . I would not want someone else to open my pizza by mistake and give back , that is WRONG on so many levels!!

Since the dining room was closed we just ordered to take home. The young woman that took our order was great. She had a wonderful attitude and personality. We ordered the Super Supreme Pan Pizza and it was absolutely the best one I've had.
