Tonight’s dining experience was a big disappointment… come on 4 Rivers… I really don’t understand… in the past my dining experiences were great - great brisket / smoked sausage / pulled pork / and speedy service - but tonight the service was extremely slow (a very long wait for fries and a quesadilla) and the food had no flavor… very bland… I mean did you guys forget to season the meat or did you use a different wood in the smoker??? After tonight I don’t know if I can return to this particular location in Orlando.

Just had another amazing dinner with my son tonight at the Daytona Beach Location. This is the best location I have been too. Very clean store and the staff is amazing. Evelyn the manager was super nice n asked how the food was n was super polite. Definitely will recommend this location to all my friends n family.

We came in with a large group of patrons and even though we had to wait a while for food, what did arrive was very good. The chicken tenders were delicious. I heard that the wings are good, but the brisket was very fatty. I believe you have to be clear about what you want.

My first visit to 4 Rivers Smokehouse in Winter Garden this evening and it was SO good!! I had the Six Shooter and Bread Pudding, it was delicious! The staff was very impressive, so kind, polite and helpful! Can’t wait to go again!!

We walked from the Fairfield Inn two consecutive evenings for dinner here. The two of us shared the Cowboy combo the first night. Brisket, pulled chicken, and pulled pork were our 3 meat choices. The pork and brisket were warm and amazing, and I loved the spicy BBQ sauce, although I wish they had one even hotter. The pulled chicken was just ok. We got corn and green beans for the included sides that were also great. Ordered a 3rd side of cornbread that was pretty dry and just ok.
The 2nd night, we ordered street tacos (pretty good tasting) and a 2x2, double brisket order (yum) with 2 sides, fried okra, and collard greens. The sides were excellent. The greens looked like they had little bits of Texas sausage in it. Everything tasted warm and fresh, and it came out so fast. Some of the brisket had a bunch of fat but I guess that's why the flavor was so good. Another wow was the staff as you exit. So friendly and genuinely happy we came.

Was in town visiting went to this perfect BBQ house everything was Sooo Good and my kids loved the food also !!
The catering person I spoke with on the phone kept changing prices, laughed when we voiced our concerns, and then proceeded to mention how she's on vacation. We will take our wedding business for catering elsewhere.

Just called Rivers Lakeland to place a pick up order. Man answered the phone. Stated they don't take orders by phone have to do online. Told him I tried that wouldn't work. Said that's how they do take out. I've been going to 4 Rivers for years. Was ordering for six people over $100. Told him I'll find some place else to order from. Won't be back.

I started eating before I took a picture. St Louis rib plate, top tier. Brisket sandwich, top tier. Sauces provided bold and flavorful. Great service and as of now , a military discount.
