These incompetent employees have no regard of anyone else’s time because I stoped here on my lunch at work and these people tell me to wait my full 30 minutes at this god damn call box where you order. I don’t care to know what they were dealing with but I wasted a whole lunch. It feels like they owe me a free lunch after all the inconvenience

Dashed Here quite a bit decided to order fries here and pretty much got the leftover cold fries that have been sitting there for over seven minutes and yes I can tell how long the fries been sitting there dry and cold fries when I pulled up to get my fries completely disappointed with the fries And that’s all I ordered thank

This place has always been the worst Arby's I've ever experienced, which is saying something because all the ones in this area seem to be terribly slow and completely disinterested in serving customers. I went by about half an hour ago and 2 cars were already in the drive thru. I was able to listen to a full 3 and a half minute song before the car at the speaker drove around. I thought maybe they just had a big order. But the car in front of me pulled up to the speaker and sat there for another 3 minutes without having the chance to order. I had my window down and no one said a word through the speaker. Luckily no one was behind me so I was able to back up and leave. Every time I go here the wait times are ridiculous and now I just give up. I'm never going here again.

I went through drive through yesterday around 5:30 and the lady on the speaker was very rude!! This is not the first time i’ve had a bad interaction with her!!!!

Tables dirty, food shrunk and is now tiny. Not really worth it here any more.There was no wet floor sign at the drink machines where there was a massive puddle, there were no lids, the drink machine shot a second spray on your hand (and all over the floor) when you went to fill your drink.Really gone downhill.

My family went in on Tues night took forever for staff to acknowledge we were there finally got food not great quality but what made it the worse was employees were loud and talking about someone who was fired the previous week and how and why she was fired angel in drive thru was the loudest about it not caring customers were present this is unprofessional and unexceptable it upset my whole evening I called and spoke to gm about it but I want to speak to district manager as well
