I just went and got food chicken bacon & Swiss it is refried very hard I can barely bite into it & my fries are old. I paid money and can’t eat or enjoy my food.

Today (10/31-2024) at 3pm I pulled through the drivethru The lady at the outside menu was elderly and had been there for a while because she was talking into the speaker trying to get someone to reply and was visibly upset. I waited from 3:04 to 3:21 and the lady in front of me still sitting there waiting as well and 2 trucks in back of me.. Employees with name tags on were standing out front drinking sodas and having what looked like a fun conversation while everyone waited. I tried calling the local store number 2 times, no answer. Finally talked to the truck in back of me and he backed up enough so I could get out of line and leave - btw, You really should try Hardies "Frisco Burger" it's delicious and that's where I will be spending my money from here on..I wish I had the option to give it ZERO stars !!!

Pulled up said hello how you doing the girl just ignored me and said what did you want. Rude. After I placed my order I said thank you again no response. Rude Then the same girl in the drive thru mumbled under her breath some smart remark because I said no to donating to whatever cause she was asking for money for. Then she immediately told me to pull forward. I was counting my change and another female the manager came to the window and said I needed to pull forward. I asked why there's no one else inline. She said it messes up their timer. I said is that corporate policy she said yes. Horrible customer service. I got a refund and left. No thank you.
