This location has excellent service, it was very clean and the regular sized sandwich was a good amount of meat unlike other stores I've been to.

I've ordered the potato cakes for months. Used to absolutely love them. But for some reason they haven't tasted right, very strange. I finally realized the very strange taste is fish. Now, I love fish. But I don't want my potatoes to taste like fish. They must be cooking the potatoes in same oil as the fish. So sad, if they have the meat, they should have the potatoes to go with it.

Good food, a definite favorite! Has, however, occasionally run out of meat (has happened twice but both times later in the evening.
Order taker was not friendly. Never smiled. Let our food stay on counter until a fellow customer alerted us.

DO NOT get the Cheese Steak sandwich! It’s disgusting, looks NOTHING like the picture. The meat is gray and looks and tastes boiled or something. Very off putting. The best thing about this meal was the shake. Horrible.

Service was good, food was hot. But the Philly was so soggy and covered in cheese / sauce that you could not taste anything else, had a few bites but could not eat it. Looks nothing like the ads where you can see meat, it's just all kinda mushed together.

My wife had a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken they use is dismal. It has ridges and dry thin parts that are almost entirely breading, calling it crispy isn't correct, it's more so extra crunchy from the breading. She had one made fresh because the first was so dry and nasty, fresh wasn't much better. It's the only thing she eats at Arby's and needless to say she doesn't want to come back.
The lady with the glasses with the bug eyes is very very rude she ignored me while I was tryna ask a question bad customer service the lightskin girl very helpful need more people like her! The one that was helping her and handling the food.
