Employee ignored us when we arrived. The pretzels were burnt and disgusting. Spend your pretzel money elsewhere.

This is for the Auntie Anne's by the coffee shop. The service was quick and the cashier was nice. The food was pretty consistent just like any other Auntie Anne's.

The one in Orange Park mall was open 20 minutes & still wasn't able to service me although what I wanted was already prepared. The worker said her other employee wasn't there yet so she kept preparing pretzels instead of ringing me up so I left.

What a shocker. Yet another establishment run by typical members of todays society. I have ordered door dash a total of three times. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They just flat out didn’t include everything I ordered. Again, it’s easy it’s almost impossible to mess it up. You literally drop the items in the bag. That’s it. As you see I paid for multiple sauces, not one was included. And it’s the first items on the order lololololol. Smooth brains everywhere.

My son and I were the only ones in line and stood at the cash register for 3 mins with one guy making pretzels and the girl was filling cups with pretzel bites. Neither acknowledged us standing there so I asked if we were supposed to place our order on the screen or they take it and the girl looked at me and very rudely said “ma’am I’ll be there in a second”. Not politely or gave an apology for our wait or anything she just kept filling the cups. Meanwhile a line is forming behind us. After she took two rounds of cups and set them under the hot light she went back to put more pretzels in cups ignoring us. We walked off, without purchasing anything. We love auntie Anne’s pretzels but that service sucked. Just disappointed and wishing I had a pretzel…

Website and hours shown it opens at 11am the girl working there, Courtney B made us all wait in line for an extra 20 min after they opened in order to order.

There is more than one stand in the Mall, this is for the one near the coffee shop (I hear the other ones have better service).I ordered my pretzel and drink and showed my AARP membership card since Auntie Anne’s has a discount for it. The cashier bluntly said he had no idea what that was. The other employee was able to help out thankfully, but the cashier continued to have an attitude afterward. Nonetheless, the food and drink were pretty good - especially the blueberry lemonade.
This is my favorite pretzel place. The almond crunch is my go to, it's so good! I have had the pepperoni bites too and those are really good! The strawberry mixer was just okay. I wish they served coffee! That would really go great with the almond crunch or cinnamon pretzels. This stand is located in the orange park mall in front of dillards. The cashier seemed a little annoyed and was trying to rush us and it wasn't even busy. My pretzel was still good and has always been good, so 4 stars.
