I loaded up my 93 year old Mom and 95 year old Uncle to get them out of the assisted living home, and took them to Bonos. This is a chore; if you are a caregiver, you know what I mean. We walked in at 12:01. We stood there for almost 10 minutes, and were completely ignored. Finally, we had enough of being treated poorly, and left. I took them to Mojo's and were immediately greeted, seated, and drink orders taken. We will not be returning to Bonos. They've lost our business forever.
I have given the location at 731 Duval Station my money too many times. If it isn’t something missing from my order, it’s dry, or it’s cold. Today was the last day.
