Placed a to go order and then it was voided because they are closing early. Online orders were still able to be made and it didn’t say anywhere that they were closing early.

Tried to get takeout, on Wednesday evening at 6.45, after 25 minutes in drive thru I called and got possibly the rudest young lady inform me they had customer service, well now there is 1 less

I got the 2 meat platter, so much food had enough for an whole other meal. Very good food. Macaroni and cheese was very good. The brisket and pork was excellent.

First off my family meal serves 5-7:yet if you order corn, sweet potato or onions rings they only give you 4. If you say serves 5 to 7 then I expect 5 to 7. How do I give my 7 people family one corn when there only 4? You can not say serves 5 to 7 when everything is 4. You have a smaller meal for that reason. So false advertisement if you ask me. I should of stuck with smaller family meal since the amounts of food are not much different. Oh funny fact when we order fries there was more then 4 but not onion rings. Cracks me up.

Went to Bono's for pick up long wait under staffed through drive through. I was hesitant because it is always disappointing. Last night was no exception so at least they are consistent. I got the two meat large platter with beef brisket and pork ribs. The brisket was really good but it was not really slices more pieces the ribs were not edible hard end pieces that you really should not use in an order. All for 23.00 never again.

Just had the Fleming island location cater for my bday gathering - we had pulled pork, smoked turkey and slices of brisket - everything was awesome ! This is the 3rd time I’ve had this location cater an event for me and everytine they have been great !! Would definitely recommend.
