I placed an order on the website to have it delivered to me. I didn’t ask for chicken on my nachos but there was shredded chicken on my nachos and my mozzarella sticks were cold. So I came to the location where it was picked up which is the 1940 Wells Road location and I spoke to the manager Christie or Christina to only talk to her about the chicken on the nachos. She was extremely rude to me. She proceeded to tell me that all customers are having an issue with the website to where it’s adding things or it’s not giving an option. I told her is there a way to replace the food because I threw it away because I don’t eat chicken and she told me no. So I walked away in frustration. I came back and stated I was willing to pay for it and she came out with an attitude and stated she’s only giving me 25% off. I asked for my receipt and she never gave it to me. I waited for my food and she threw my food on the counter and asked was it correct and the presentation of the food was terrible. I was so disgusted that I just walked out. I will never be using the website or coming to that location due to the rude and unethical behavior that took place.

Flavor of food excellent, boneless wings were very small, value for price not great. Although not many customers there service seemed slow. Several employees doing everything while others just stood around. Place was clean but why the blaring music we would rather talk to each other, rather than have to listen to someone elses choice of music

Great place to go during these time!!! The burger is absolutely delicious! I love the wet lemon pepper sauce. My fiance had a black bean burger that was burnt that we had to fight to have it removed. I'll definitely be back but, she probably won't.

unfortunately, it's always a hit or miss with bdubs. Our service was good, but the food smh kitchen please get it together! Wings were barely sauced, fries looked like they had been under the heat lamp for hours, and the burger was dry asf!!

I came in frustrated over my expierence over the phone but the girl in front named Bella was very helpful and was able to rectify my issue very quickly and efficiently. She was professional and very kind. I had the garlic Parmesan wings with ranch and they were amazing!
It was ok, the food was just ok it was to fry too hard and not hot at all, I think I was over charged for the amount of food I got, I got a hand full of fry pickles which was $10, and the wings was ok, but not worth it.
