The fries were so little that you could literally see the box underneath.I counted the french fries and I had thirty two semi pieces of french fries The fries were so little that you could literally see the box underneath. I counted the French fries and I had 32 semi pieces of French fries. Buffalo Wild Wings count your days LO. L. I honestly thought this was a joke at first. Then I convinced myself. Maybe a person preparing to food was hungry and decided to eat some fries and maybe lost count. But this was just not a good experience foname. I recommend you look at all your food or just eat in. There seems to be a pattern with together. Orders... I'm not sure if the person maybe has baby hands but this is ridiculous. Did not feel like driving all the way back up there and looked at as a Karen LO.L... But this will be my last time. I'm not sure how to put pictures on here but I took enough.

I got a delivery order, it was pretty late and we were hungry. I literally got none of the sauces when I paid for 4 and the wings were supposed to come with one. None of the veggie sticks I ordered. No wedges I paid for. I waited over half an hour to get half my order.

Stopped on my way home from work and ordered 20 wings, a kids meal, wedges, and a drink. Waited for my order in the restaurant. Drive home and am literally missing 5 wings. Although the to go person Dani who checked the order literally put a check mark beside every single thing on the receipt. Mind you there was at least 4 people in the to go area along with the manager. I called and spoke with the manager and the only solution was for us to come back for the order of wings and a free dessert. Stated I would come back for the wings, in rush hour traffic. The manager offered 10 free wings and a discount in our check. My husband drove back and when he gets home the wings are bone in. So we called again and the manager took full responsibility and refunded our entire meal. Which we are thankful for. However, there needs to be some serious training conducted. As someone who has worked in the service industry I understand mistakes happen, but the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Staff needs to focus less on socializing with one another and more on the paying customers.

With March Madness in full swing I expected a more electric atmosphere. The food was good but not great. However, we had an Allstar server who went a ong way in making any visit shortcomings virtually non-existent.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting the to-go counter at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I must say, it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The staff working behind the counter seemed to have a serious case of attitude, making the entire transaction feel more like a chore than a customer service interaction. Their rude demeanor was off-putting and completely unnecessary. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially they think they own the world.

Great wings and atmosphere. The flavors Lemon Pepper, Teriyaki, Honey Garlic, and Orange chicken are my go-to. Everyone around us was drinking tall glasses of beer. I had sweet tea. Fries are thin. Service was quick and friendly. Games and commentary on the TVs all around. Great spot to enjoy the sports and wings.

Not a big fan of the food. Except the wedges and the spicy garlic sauce. Good TV's and atmosphere. Update December 29th, 2023. Came to watch a few college games. We went to two different bars before we came here. The other bars didn't have the game we were looking for. Bw3s had it on ABC on one TV, probably on antenna since direct TV is having an issue with ABC. As for the setting inside, they changed a few TV's around since we been here last. They also added a huge golf ball mural in the shape of a bison head. The TV's in the patio were no good. Seems to taken a beating from the elements of Florida weather. We got to watch our games, had a pleasant time. Our server was awesome even though she was by herself in the bar side and she was still hitting all the tables! Good to see hard work. Food was ok. I wish they would let their chickens grow up more. The wings were tiny. plus their chart of sauces showing level of heat is misleading. buffalo hot was not spiceier than spicy garlic. In fact I didn't find either spicy. The pretzel bites are no good. our drinks were always full and the restrooms were stocked and decently clean.

When I went it was Superbowl. The placed was packed. Even with all that service was excellent and the wings were the best I've ever had. Hot and the sauce sauce is the favorite so I had to try it. Awesome!!!!!!!. It's a 20 min drive which I will do gladly even in take out. Gotta try it.
