I go here every morning don't know why I go here every morning the staff sucks they all we mess up the order but the only Burger King around fire staff in higher new they suck really bad

Only 2 car in drive thru. Had to wait over 5 mins to have order taken. 2 cars in parking lot and both me and the car in front of me were asked to pull around to get our orders. Sat and waited for our food for 15 mins before receiving our order.

We went to Burger King today it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to wait on you
We ordered 3 meals two number 5's and a number 9 with lots of pickles. Our French were cold 2 medium 1 small. Chicken sandwich had no pickles at all. It took 5 minutes of standing there just to get service. Then when I paid. I was use your card we don't have change. They have a safe why are you trying to rip me off. I used to work at that store. Service has gone downhill bad. I won't be back. After 5 more minutes of waiting I finally got my 85 cents of change back. Close the store down.

Nice staff and good service.

Edit: Its August 2025 and the store has gone to hell in a hand basket since I wrote that. Orders take forever to be filled if at all and the staff acts like they just don't care. Today I went using the app to place my order and after waiting for quite some time they decided to inform me that they didn't have any whopper patties so I asked for a refund as did several other customers ahead of me. They tell me that since I ordered in the app I have to use the app to request a refund which required interacting with the AI to get through to a person. BK we're done for now. I'll check back in couple of years maybe.

PS: The Arby's across the street is making a great burger with very good service.

Mariah at the Wells location is so nice. She got my order right and was just genuinely sweet. She had a smile the entire time. She comes across as really liking her job. Not something you see everywhere. Definitely a good hiring choice.

Ever since the normal morning manager moved to nights, this store has gone downhill. This morning was my third visit to the place Since the transition and all 3 times I've had to wait more than 5 minutes at the drive through to end up not get any attention. one of those times I eventually had to go inside to get somebody to take my order, And I had to wait a long time because they had nothing ready to prepare. This morning, being my third trip, I put my truck in park in front of the speaker and waited 6 minutes, and nobody ever answered. as I pulled through the drive through to leave, I saw the current manager standing in the store with no headphones on. Not ready for anything.I'm just going to have to find somewhere else to get my breakfast in the morning.

Have previously been bothered by sketchy (homeless?) people when dining here. Even in the absence of that problem today, I will be taking my business elsewhere after today. Staff forces dine -in customers to order with kiosks. This resulted in my order getting messed up (partly because I misread the order while I was placing it,but staff ignored requests that were on the receipt and appropriate--namely, please include crispy onions on special burger that is promotedas having them); manager). ignored me when I noticed the missing crispy onions and asked for some. Drive thru clearly gets priority over dine-in. The wait for my food was fairly long, and a friend who was dining with me had to wait even longer because she needed to pay cash. Manager also treated other customers and staff rudely while I was there. Restaurant could also stand to be cleaned. There are other fast food places, the solution is to take my business there.

Little 4 eyed girl running the drive thru is not nice and she doesn’t listen to anything you tell her about how you want your food this isn’t my first time dealing with this
