Ok, yes it's burger King, not a Michelin star place but I got the BEST service here today. In the drive through at about 1115 today, 1-7-26, the server was so pleasant and friendly and I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. The burger was steaming hot and tasty and the fries were on point. I'm always grateful when I go somewhere and the servers are kind and helpful.

Worst Burger King in Orange Park. Never get orders correct, girl who works drive thru talks way too fast, and food is sloppy put together.. go to the Burger King on Wells people for better service

Food was fresh and delicious. The workers checked on us while we were eating. Very clean. Polite. Respectful staff. Picked up our trash from the table. Spent less than $10 on a kids meal and $5 meal your way. 10/10.

Why is it every time I come to this location after 11 no one takes my order. Showed up at 11:30 pm on July 12th, waited for about 10 minutes in the drive through, drove up to the window, no one is there. I drove around to the front and watched a young man quickly duck under the counter after he saw me. Seriously, are you for real. This is not the first time this has happened either. Sorry but I’m not coming back

Staff was respectful over intercom which is a breath of fresh air. Got to the window and my food was hot and fresh. Haven't eaten at this location in many years but Im back intown and was hungry for breakfast. My sauce was in the bag too. Called the manager and gave a good word about her store and staff. Not sure if it differs from shift to shift but if you want good breakfast this is the location for you. We need more teams like this. This review has nothing to do with corporate. You are lucky you have this team upholding a restaurant like this because corporate would drown without workers like these. Peace out.

Front person, very dirty unkempt clothes. No personality, didn't bother to acknowledge us while we stood there waiting to place our order. Breakfast croissants were terrible. They were so wet and soggy I couldn't tell if they sat in something wet or uncooked. Place is disgusting, dirty. I don't know how it passed inspection. It's ashamed Burger King doesn't keep up its reputation like McDonald's. For Shame. For shame.We through it out and left.Gross.

Rude employees and managers prioritized people walking in and drive-through over mobile orders. Even though mobile order was placed 10 minutes in advance. This is ridiculous. You guys need to take care of the mobile orders more than just dine in.
