Kaylee served us tonight, and her customer service was impeccable. She welcomed us when we entered the dining room. We were not sure what we wanted to order, but Kaylee helped us with her suggestive selling and quick problem-solving. One item was out of stock, and Kaylee was quick to suggest a substitution with the approval of the manager.
After we paid, she offered for us to have a seat, and she would bring our meal to our table. Business picked up between the dining room and the drive-thru. Kaylee quickly handled both the dine-in and the drive-thru by herself like a champ, as well as cleaning the restrooms, sanitizing the tables and chairs, and emptying the trash. She made time to ask us how our food was, offered refills, and asked if she could get anything for us. This young lady maintained her composure professionally during challenging situations, with the biggest smile. Kaylee went above and beyond tonight.
I was reluctant to come here tonight due to extremely poor service in the past. Kaylee changed my mind, and I will return because of how amazing the customer service was this evening. Thank you for Kaylee's impeccable customer service.

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon & the assistant manager was so helpful, & conscientious we ordered something different for the first time. I was so glad to get this wonderful service after swearing off this location 6 months ago, under bad management. The food was fast & hot & service was GREAT!!

Ordered takeout online. Drove up there and found out they canceled my order and didn’t even notify me. But they made it right and the food was good.
Best meal for the money. The fish is good and love the hot baked potato and the cold slaw. Forgot also delicious hush puppies.
