Spent 60.00 for family to eat and we asked for more ranch because we used what they gave us and they said they don't have anymore , then my son told the rude girl at the register he sees a couple containers of ranch on there back counter and she then got the ranch and charged us 1.20 for 2 very small containers with the worst attitude. My wife never says anything but she did this time we will never support charleys in the blanding wal mart ever again they were all on there phone while the garbage was piled high and restaurant was dirty. We can't believe wal mart doesn't make them clean up the place we won't be using the Walmart or charleys ever again untill charleys is gone from the building.. we took pictures to bad can't post pictures here or I would show you the garbage all over the place while there on there phones and being rude to customers... 3-10-24...3:00 pm

Absolutely fantastic, will not regret one bite , I was skeptical as most of the Philly cheesesteaks I've ever had were actually in Philadelphia, which were phenomenal Chicago and New York as well. Didn't expect to find something as wonderful in Jacksonville, Florida.

Located in the local Walmart, this sandwich place was not very busy. Service was quick and friendly. I never give one star but this sandwich was by far the worst meal, if you can call it that, I have ever eaten. No flavor, dry and mushy at the same time. Not worth it even when it's on "sale". Literally dog treat.

Wow, I was in this place on Tuesday and I ordered a super delicious Phillips-teak sandwich ? the attention of a young red-haired woman was the best experience, very nice and attentive, she helped me in everything I needed. I highly recommend that you go and enjoy the sandwiches, they are delicious, the wings are so good that you will not want to eat from anywhere else, I speak from my experience, it has been the best and if I have to return, I will return.

November 8 at 10:30 AM, came in for a sandwich, both employees standing at the grill and ignored me. The male employee was talking on his cell phone and handling his phone and the food on the grill back and forth with the same gloved hand. The lady just leaned on the counter watching him.Instead of taking orders. No thanks on your nasty cell phone germs in my food, so I left.
Ordered online and wanted sandwich (Buffalo chicken) customized. Sandwich wasn’t prepared properly and there was entirely too much Buffalo sauce and zero ranch/mayo on the sandwich. Fries were garbage. Upon picking up the food I asked if there was ketchup and the girl at the register couldn’t even be bothered to speak, and just pointed at the drink machine area. No straw in bag for drink. No fork in bag for fries. No napkins. I can see why this place has bad reviews especially with the customer service. Really like Charley’s food but will not come back to this store. One star due to not having negative stars option

Food is discussing and the meat is rubbery and the type of meat is horrible it’s gonna be the first time in the last time and it’s very pricey service is horrible did their English is very poor and when we try it when we were ordering our food it was very frustrating and it took very long for our food to come in overall a horrible experience do not recommend for anybody to come to Charlie’s cheesesteak anymore.

Food was the only good thing. Will not be coming back. They really need to check their attitudes. Been her twice same thing. Different people. If you don't like being customer service find another job. They stand around on their phones and get mad if you interrupt them. The last time I checked you would not have a job if it was not for customers.

Came in on Monday for the 70 cent wings and I was very pleased. I got 10 boneless Korean BBQ wings and fries. The flavor was great with just the right amount of heat. Fries were fresh and crispy and tasted delicious with a little malt vinegar. A+
