Ordered a chicken Philly combo togo , watched the man make my sandwich all good,, the guy making the fries put frozen fries into the frier all good... then proceeds minutes later to gather up all old fries from fry station and dump them into the new fries cooking... I asked him what in the world did you do that for thats gross and ruined all the fries.. he said nothing and ignored all ... worst place to eat and no telling what there doing to your food. Should not be handling food

If I could give a trillion stars I would. I have not had a Philly like that in SO long!!! They are now my hyper fixation to cure my ADHD!!! I broke my fast just to give them a try. Needless to say my fast is over. I’ll be getting a big one tonight for dinner……again!!!! I am absolutely insanely impressed. Very good. VERY VERY GOOD. You will not be disappointed!!!

Never again I ordered a Philly with no onions as I am allergic and had to throw it away cuz it was covered in onions went in to talk to manager she wasn't in and they asked for my number and said she would call yeah right

I drive 20 minutes twice a week just to come here I just asked to put some crispy onions on my sandwich they refuse I offer to pay for it they spoke another language and was so mean to me thoses employees always have anasty attitude don’t know how to treat a client but I guess I will be going else where
Waited for over 45 minutes for them to open- was supposed to open at 12- by 1215 they were walking around looking at us and other than yelling at us that they weren't open yet at a couple minutes after 12- they ignored us. We drove 45 minutes just for this place- thankfully there was a smoothie place that saved my lunch. Completely disappointed.

Beware of the attitude from the employees when you voice an opinion about paying $2.68 for a 12 ounce drink and then an additional $.54 for a refill. Yes, I was unaware of the refill charge. No, I wasn't trying to get endless refills. Just one. But paying $3.22 is highway robbery. But don't fret over folks, it's company policy. Charley's Philly steaks should be ashamed!!!
