I drive 20 minutes twice a week just to come here I just asked to put some crispy onions on my sandwich they refuse I offer to pay for it they spoke another language and was so mean to me thoses employees always have anasty attitude don’t know how to treat a client but I guess I will be going else where

Waited for over 45 minutes for them to open- was supposed to open at 12- by 1215 they were walking around looking at us and other than yelling at us that they weren't open yet at a couple minutes after 12- they ignored us. We drove 45 minutes just for this place- thankfully there was a smoothie place that saved my lunch. Completely disappointed.

Beware of the attitude from the employees when you voice an opinion about paying $2.68 for a 12 ounce drink and then an additional $.54 for a refill. Yes, I was unaware of the refill charge. No, I wasn't trying to get endless refills. Just one. But paying $3.22 is highway robbery. But don't fret over folks, it's company policy. Charley's Philly steaks should be ashamed!!!

Wanting a snack, but not knowing what I wanted I went with a classic-some fries. I saw I could load them up with cheese, bacon, and ranch. I love loaded fries when they are done right. These didn’t disappoint. I’m sure the fries could carry themselves without the toppings. They are just the right amount of crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They were cooked to order. Yum! For being loaded up they weren’t overpriced! I look forward to another box on my next trip in to the mall.

This is one of my vices. California chicken is my favorite. This location is always clean, hot and fresh with friendly employees - especially considering the line and environment they deal with on this food court.
It's 11:10 am and they're still not open. Why are your hours 11 am when you can't even open on time??

I come here everyday and it seams like the young girl working the register always has an attitude when I order my food I ordered a fry with seasoning I usuaally get the large she never asked and gave me the small and they where over seasoned I asked if she could re make them and could I please have the large she proceeded to have a stank attitude rolling her eyes and even snatched the money out of my hand I will not be spending my money here anymore I will be spending my money elsewhere since she seams to have a major problem with customer service

I went here to eat their chicken cheesesteak which I had once and I enjoyed, but the workers were extremely rude! I had previously lost my voice, and was recovering from it, and the worker was yelling at me to speak louder, when I was already on the brink of screaming at him. The worker next to him wasn't deaf though, he had no problem hearing. I asked for a small chicken cheesesteak, regular blueberry lemonade, and cheese fries with bacon and ranch, and a cookie. He gave me a large cheesesteak with large cheese fries, no bacon or ranch, a large drink, and only went I told him 3 times to add a cookie, he understood. I don't know if he didn't get paid enough so he was trying to get more money, but this worker was extremely rude and apparently didn't get a good nights sleep. I will not be coming here again.

Classic food court staple son, I always get the Buffalo chicken with extra sauce and it always be crazy asl. It's what I look forward to abt goin to the mall the most. The specialty lemonades are highkey the hardest drinks you can get at any "fast food" joint and those bacon cheese fries got too much love in em. I been eatin here for years and you either get it or you don't, that's on my mama.
