I usually love Chick-fil-A for the efficiency, but this location’s drive-thru setup is a bit confusing. The signage isn't clear that there isn't a dedicated Mobile Thru lane here like at other spots. I ended up stuck in the left lane for an extra 10 minutes while cars in the right lane kept passing. Just a heads up to management; mobile thru or at least better signage would really help keep things moving.

To the amazing team at Chick-fil-A,
I can’t thank you enough for jumping in to help me when my truck broke down in the drive-thru. I know I cramped your line up and then it be if my dogs got out of her harness and yall helped with that too… you went above and beyond, and your kindness turned a stressful moment into one that reminded me how wonderful people can be. You even brought my dogs some water because we were out in the heat awaiting a tow truck… hands down the best people work here.
Your teamwork, positivity, and generosity meant so much to me today. I’ll always remember how helpful you were.
