Is this what you receive when you order for pepper jack cheese to be added to you spicy scrambled burrito for breakfast??? I would say the service is horrible… but I believe it’s even less than that. No attention to a paying customer and their specified desire. How am I supposed to be expected to accept or recommend this to anyone knowing what you order will less attention given to it than what they’re scrolling on Tik Tok for. Horrible service. Where’s the compensation??!

Employees weren’t very friendly, even after trying to create conversation with them. The biscuits were right on point, but that hash browns were old and mushy. Not your typical “chick fil a” experience.

Everytime I come and ask for extra sauce they don’t give it. The last two times I’ve came here they forgot my WHOLE COOKIE. I just left from there and they forgot me and my wife’s fries AND THE COOKIE. How THE HELL DO YOU FORGET HALF THE MEAL. I’ve also dealt with employees that had attitude with me or looked like they didn’t want to be there. This location needs to get it together!!!

Always enjoy stopping in for a healthy awesome chicken meal with our added favorites. This place never disappoints! Always friendly, professional and speedy service. Management is definitely on it's game along with the workers always aiming to please and make our visits memorable.Kid-friendliness: This was always best option in our opinion when our daughter was a toddler as the atmosphere was always professional and friendly and kept clean. Now in teens, we still prefer it as does she. If there is Classy Food, this is it!
Boycotting Chick-fil-A due to their decision to change to a much lower quality chicken for their product. I honestly thought I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference, but that was not the case. The nuggets were not as juicy, tender, or flavorful as they used to be, and the spicy chicken was "meh". You can tell the quality changed, and not for the better. What a shame.

I just came through the drive through and got a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I asked for my pickles on the side and pepper jack cheese. I got home and it has American cheese and I didn’t even get my pickles.
Carmen took our order this morning. She was very sweet. Our food came out fast & hot. Love this location.
